Jon was a great sales man to work with, He is a very busy man ,but made the effort to assist me in our purchase- 1st car had hidden damage that was unreported, but discovered by my own service tech. I immediately contacted Jon offered a Hundai Tucson which my wife loved! Jon allowed us to get another private, independent inspection. " brake pads were thin and rotors were rust pitted, which my tech explained was somewhat expected for a car with with 29600 miles! We agreed on a price and signed off. Stephanie Flanigan explained warranty only covered the 1st 5 years or 60K miles and run out on 12/27/22.Then offered additional coverage plans for our consideration( at a cost level in our "comfort zone".) All in all would surely recommend Terry Lee Hundai to friends! All staff team members Very courteous.

Stating I don't want any more survey's from you people , With your text messaging every time the mechanic turns around , you constant calling on the phone, IT"S ANNOYING . Again as on the first survey 3 days ago , Yea Your Great If your service wasn't great I would not come back "common sense" If I wrote your service is lousy you would do nothing .So why all these stupid surveys nobody cares not even the owner , Why because when I leave their is always another in line in back of me PLEASE QUIT SENDING THESE SURVEYS AND PHONE CALLS, I know were you are if I need you I will show up. And tell the salesman quit calling i will call when I'm ready or show up when I'm ready. I told you all that the last 3 times I bought cars from you, but proofs in the pudding you didn't read the comments , you just keep doing it. Shows your just going through the motions. Now I dare you to post this in your reviews of satisficed customers . your service is fine , I don't need to pat you on your back that I show up at your dealership , actually I was their for a oil change. The sales person, Josephine (Jo Jo) worked very hard to help me find a car. She was energetic, courteous and helpful. BUT no one has been helpful in anyway since I have purchased the car..I do not recommend them. I’m driving on expired tags; I can not even get the papers to purchase tags to drive the car I bought there. Kind of like the customer service sucks as much as I hate to say it.. I have spent too many hours and too much time trying to get what I need from them.

Don't do business with this dealership. They lie to your face about what their standard business practices are. I asked them not to send my deal to anymore banks after two said no. But, they continued to send it to eight different banks. Now, they have ruined my credit for the next two years. Please, don't do business with these liars, or you might regret it. Definitely don't deal with Andrew.

Google only allows you to make one review ever of a business. So since a couple years ago I complained of how Dorsett Nissan damaged my vehicle while in for service I cannot make any other reviews. So I am on another website. Service Manager Chad told me a part was covered under the power train warranty. Then explained my warranty expired at 50,000 miles I paid for the service. Then I read my paperwork and discovered the warranty is good through 100,000 miles. After calling back they explained the service is over. So I escalated it and called Nissan Customer service who backed their dealership and said even if they told me incorrectly that is my issue not theirs. How would you like to be told something just to have it disregarded. Well if you like that treatment Dorsett is your place. Read my last review from like 2 years ago. I’ve bought my last 3 vehicles from Nissan. Sorry to say now I understand how the entire company works not just the local dealership. My business will go elsewhere as well as any and every recommendation I can make.

I visited today after being led in under false pretenses by an associate by the name of Rachel. When I got there I was paired with Tyrone. Tyrone was very disrespectful telling me that if I got my credit score up maybe I could afford to live in Matteson. Who says that to someone? As if he knows what my home looks like. He then brought me a car that was 200 over what I told him my budget was. He then got upset that I would not purchase the vehicle telling me it’s not my forever car. If it’s not my forever car why would I want to pay over my budget for it? Especially since the seats were stained and when I asked about detailing them I didn’t get an answer. He brought out a manager who tried to convince me to buy the car and I refused and he became frustrated as well. If I come in with a budget and was told over the phone and in person that they could accommodate why are they trying to force me into something I don’t want? Very bad service. Very bad attitudes
