Very disappointed in the staff that I worked with at Victory. Was told to sign a piece of paper for one price went home to show my fiancé the vehicle and came back to the offer being pulled. I contacted the salesman and was ignored. I then contacted the general manager and was told nothing could be done unless I put more money down. It’s sad that a local business is allowed to take advantage of the community that they serve.

Took truck in to get the fuel filter changed it threw a code told me I needed a 1500.00 sensor installed took it to a real mecanic and paid 103.00 still didnt run right the real mechanic changed the fuel filter and found it was the wrong one the dealer put the wrong one on it six times in a row do not take your vechicle in for service there they cannot fix anything

On 3/19/19 was purchasing a $54K truck after an overnight test drive, was promised of a promo by GM Finincial that last four payments of prior vehicle would be paid. Changed insurance, ran credit, obtained and wasted a GM employee pricing pin, all for them to rip the rug out from underneath and said they were wrong and won’t pay the last four payments totaling $1,200. They lost a sale over peanuts to them and did jack to make it right after lying. Wouldn’t pay the difference, wouldn’t barter service or truck add ins like tanneau in place, absolutely nothing. Would never buy from liars... steer clear, also their body shop isn’t AAA certified cause it was revoked. Sad sad...
