This is the most awful, awful dealership I have ever gone to. Imagine buying a used car at a dealership, what was absolutely FILTHY, stains on seats, 100% filth in truck. I asked why so terrible and they said they clean them up after the sale. REALLY ?? I was stuck as we came in from out of town, and had to buy as we had a rental car we needed to turn back in. The truck had 3 tires low and I asked them to check the ait, and no one had a clue on how to check the air in the tires,, I mean REALLY, we are at a Car Dealership and you cant put air in the tires and figure out why the low air tire sensor is on ????? We had a GREAT Sales guy, but the support he had was gross, uneducated on used cars and condescending in how they spoke to us. This facade that we are a family business and get the family deal and all that is crap.. Everyone should be ashamed of themselves...terrible experience.

I have purchased countless vehicles all around the globe and I have to say Mike Saigh is the best sales person I've dealt with. He knows his job. When I asked a question about how something performed or how to use it, he knew how it worked and showed me. He is an extremely personable individual who takes care of prospective buyers. Over the few days we were waiting for our loan to go through, he called me up each day to provide us with updates. The reason I bought the vehicle I did from this location is because of the price and especially Mike's demeanor towards us as a customer.

We are from out of state. We saw a pickup truck on Al Deeby's web site that looked really nice and reasonably priced. We called salesman, John Parry for information . John was very helpful and professional. The truck seemed just right for us. John answered all of our questions and worked with us as we were getting out of state financing arranged. He even had a driver meet us at the Detroit airport the day of purchase. John along with Allison Cartier walked us through getting the out of state title work papers in order and everything went smoothly at the NC DMV. All I can say is, "It was worth the trip"

Went in for an oil change, and to have a rear taillight repaired. Finished my truck about an hour later. I paid, and got my keys. I noticed my oil filter was not changed, and vehicle was not lubricated. I paid for a complete service, and only got just a fluid (no filter change). Now I have to wonder about previous oil changes, and my other vehicle. I have a 2012 dodge Ram as well. I will not be returning!

The first couple of times were good. Last July I had it in for a air conditioning problem. The car was in and out till October. David called me up and said to come and pick the car up because they could not fix it. He was working with star to solve the problem. When I went to get the car I asked if they replaced the compressor and the air conditioning lines like he told me days before the star suggested. He said they replaced the compressor but put the old one back on. I asked about the air conditioning lines and he said no. They didn't think that was the problem. So they didn't do what the engineer's at Chrysler suggested to fix the problem. The mechanic was very careless getting grease and scratches on the interior. I asked David about this and he told me the dealer considered that as ware and tear.

UPDATE: After posting my reviews the manager contacted me and we were able to work the issue to satisfaction.

Took my daughter’s 2010 Dodge Journey in for service, $2900 later same problem & it’s still at the dealership. They charged $300 the first time saying it was a tune up & fuel system cleaning then called & said its ready so we picked it up just to drive out of the dealership when we noticed that the same problem still still was present so we took it right back within 10 minutes. Then they said it was the transmission so we waited 2 weeks then they called & said it’s ready again & it would be $2500 so we paid & picked it up and drove it out & it did the exact same thing. We took it back again within 10 minutes. Frustrated because you would think a dealership with all the technology they have would get it right. So now we’re out of $2900 and the Journey still sits at the dealership unfixed. They didn’t offer to refund any monies at all. I will be contacting every person above the dealership until I get better results.

My experience with Parkway is the worse, i have never been treated so insignificant in my life. Made an appointment with one of the sales people, i texted his phone personally and set it up for 1pm. I arrived early as i knew it was a busy dealer ship and i would have to wait anyway. When i arrived he was standing behind the front desk and when they ask who i was there for i said Phil, standing right behind you. (He barley acknowledged me) They woman said "what time is your appointment?", i said "it was for 1pm but i am 30min early". they asked me to wait till he was done and would come get me. I waited till almost 1:30pm Phil walked over to the area i was at, and talked to a couple sitting down and asked to follow him. Did not even acknowledge me, to say ill be right with you or we have to reschedule nothing even ill get another sales person to come talk to you. At that moment i realized what kind of place i was in and walked out and went to sterling Heights dodge and within 30min i was test driving a new Ram 1500 and put a deposit down within an 1hr of arriving. If you want to get treated like crap and get a real crapy deal go to parkway and sit for hours and get the worse deal. Especially with Phil, and Apollo, they could care less about you. They just want your money!

I was in search of a car for my 16 y/o. I’ve been searching high and low from Grand Blancto Detroit. Visited dealership after dealership only to walk out feeling defeated. After passing Huntington Ford many times, I stopped one Sunday to see what they had on the lot. I saw a car that I knew my son would love. It looked nice inside and out. I called on Monday to get more information, and I got Greg. Greg was the best. He did not pressure me to come drive the car or force it down my throat so he could get a sale. He was patient and answered the million questions I had. Needless to say, I bought the car not only because I loved it(I loved the other cars at the other dealerships too), but because I received exceptional service.
