Some of my experience, particularly with the service department, would give me second thoughts of recommending this dealership. I would definitely tell anyone considering a car purchase to ask for Wally Thom, he is customer service 1. Even though Wally was not my initial sales person he treated us as being just as important to him as if he had made the initial sale. He also spent time going over the car features and making sure we understood them. This is what I call a sales professional. Rebecca was personable and helpful and the sale went fairly smoothly. I was a little upset when I was quoted a price for the EC Homelink mirror option and then the next day the finance manager added in a labor charge. I feel that if there was an additional labor charge it should have been included in the quote so I do feel a little bit 'cheated'. I felt my experience with Kenney Crump, my first sales person, was one of indifference.

We purchased a Telluride in the beginning of March. After doing a lot of research and visiting multiple dealers we were on our way to purchase a different car from a dealer in the area. I had my heart set on a Telluride and Napleton had the model and color of my choice. We decided, lets stop and see what happens. We were greeted by Sheila Nieves who was very sweet and professional. We explained what we were looking for and the price we would pay. After a few conversations within 20 minutes we agreed on a price and we purchased the car. We were out of the dealership within 2 hours. Sheila really made us feel comfortable and at easy with the whole process. I would definite recommend Sheila and this dealership.

Was never given a copy of my contract or bill of sale. Took almost a week from me to get a response after trying to contact costumer service through their website. My contract said a much higher vehicle price than was verbally agreed upon and from what was written on other paperwork, now I’m out over $1000. Was taken advantage of because I was a first time buyer.

Worst car buying experience. I was there for over 5 hours and still dealing with the after mat of buying Nissan from them. They have yet to register my car with the state. Therefore, I have now own a car that is useless because it cannot be legal driven without a current plate I paid for at the dealership. The salesman was horrible at the time of the purchase and tried to sale me an suv I had already said no to because it was scratched all over the place, when it was supposed to be new. Steve, Ricardo, and Jared were the worst people to deal with. Would never return or recommend. I am now having to sue this dealership.

I DO NOT recommend Liberty Kia !!!! Not only was the saleswoman rude and condescending, she got an attitude every time I questioned anything. She had to leave the room about 30 times to "get an answer" to literally EVERYTHING I asked. Then most of the time, she didn't come back with an answer anyway. Their so called finance dept did nothing but try to rail me on financing and price, and I wasn't allowed to see any paperwork to take time to look over what the details were. They tried to lie about Kia's financing terms, as well as my interest rate. I ended up going elsewhere, got the SAME EXACT car, for far less price, a super low interest rate, and at a $60 PER MONTH LESS payment than what these people were trying to rail me with. The other dealership threw in a Kia rebate as well as the low interest rate terms (0.9%). The general manager of Liberty Kia definitely needs to re-train his staff in honesty and attitude on how to treat customers. This woman talked to us like we were unintelligent morons ... we obviously walked out. As we were walking out, we could hear her very loudly complaining about how we aren't going to do it now and how she wasted her time ... it echoed throughout the dealership it was so loud. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest dealership. I'll never go back and neither will my significant other ... who is a doctor btw ... who loves to buy cars ... bad move on your part. You should be careful how you treat people.
