The mechanic did great work, and the salesman and service advisors i talked to aren't to blame but I was charged 1500 to get an issue fixed that should've very easily been found on the inspection of the vehicle before it was sold to me, but when I bring that up with management I get told that they lost money when sold it to me and basically tough luck, fork it over. I will never be visiting this dealership again and I will make sure that I spread the word to anyone that is also looking at vehicles to never touch this dealership with ten foot pole.

Recently purchased a 2017 Trax with Jarred K. He took the time to listen to my concerns and really strive to be a excellent sales guy. Our first encounter he wasn't pushy or trying to give the sales speech. Later on that day he called me regarding a trade in value for the vehicle I use to have. Surprisingly they gave me another $500. I liked that he took the incentive to go above customers expectations.
I did have some minor hiccups with the auto body shop but, overall the end result was the icing on the cake that will make me recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

We drove 45 minutes to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe on 5/3/19. We arrived at the dealership at 6:30 p.m. The business website indicates they are open until 8:00 p.m. on Fridays. When we arrived, we were told that we could not test drive the vehicle because "it's been slow all day and we are closing early." We asked about the hours listed on the website and were told the hours were correct. We we explained that we were from out of town and came specifically to look at that vehicle. The salesman again said they were closing early and we would have to come back another time.

My daughter purchased a used car from Lynch, didn't even make her first payment on it and the rear main seal busted. Car has 93,000 miles on it 3 month or 3,000 used car warranty and they will not cover it. $2,300 to fix, will NEVER EVER purchase another vehicle from them.

Well it started with the oil change on my 2015 Silverado. The oil was overfilled as well as the door paint chipped where it smacked into the lift and no one told me about. There is record at the dealership of the mistake. I made them flatbed it In. As running an engine over capacity can damage seals etc. So that made me lose faith in the truck as well as the dealership. So I decided to give another chance being the forgiving person that I am.
I then purchased a 2007 impala Ltz from them and the owner Matt boditch was such a tight wad he was willing to lose a deal over $100. This is after they screwed my truck up mind you...I caved and bought the car ,that ended up having an oil leak,which they fixed. However their several point check they say they did,well...obviously they didn't. So some time passed and back in October2017 I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation on my Silverado. They did fine on the oil change, the rotation. Not so well. I got a half mile down the road to feel nothing but vibration. So I kept going and at 45 mph my rear tire fell off ! That's right ,fell off! I called the Dealership I specifically asked to talk to the owner Matt boditch And he came out to the scene. So after a few choice words and exchange for a different truck, so I could use it to assist in my move I drove away. It took them about a week and over $2000 to fix it now mind you this was a 25 year mechanic that made this mistake that could have hurt me or someone else very badly. Now as you can imagine I definitely did not have any faith in the dealership or my truck. I consulted an attorney to see what my options were I was not looking for any major royalties other than a great trade in value and Cost on a new truck. As soon as I told him I consulted an attorney he did not want to talk to me. I told him I only consulted an attorney not hired one. He then asked me what I wanted. I told him a great trade in value and a new truck at cost. Then he went around in circles telling me that he had no room to move on a new one and I think at that point all he really cared about was the dollars. Not the fact that he could have seriously hurt me or someone else or at the very least just to satisfy me as a customer as I live 3 minutes away from the dealership. So after the disgust of him not wanting to satisfy me. I decided to trade in the truck and get a brand new one from a different dealership. And since then I have heard some bad stories about the same mechanic. Not tire falling off bad but poor inspection/repair bad. Bottom line,he is a self-centered man that has no desire to satisfy a customer under no circumstance. But it makes sense, he didnt build the dealership,he Inherited it from his deceased father, R.I.P.

We were shopping for a used truck to pull our boat and also serve as a daily driver, and initially looked at Chevy Trailblazers at a "Walmart"-style national chain. They made a trade offer for my Mazda3 and showed us a 2006 Trailblazer that we actually rally liked. Fortunately, they sold it before we could commit, and we contacted Hall. Initially on visiting the Web site, I logged onto a chat feature that I thought would connect me immediately with someone I could talk to. I found out later that chat function was run by a third party service and that leads were only passed to Hall after a certain period of time. But then my wife sent me a link to information on a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer that was on sale for about what the mega-dealer wanted for the 2006 -- similarly equipped and comparable miles.
We ran over to look at this vehicle that day, and my wife and I each test drove it. The folks there were very laid back and helpful. Turns out they were not only more than competitive on price with the Wal-Mart style dealer, but offered me a lot more in trade for my Mazda. AND because this was a GMC certified used vehicle, it comes with the bumper-to-bumper warranty.
We came pre-approved with financing, but Hall's finance department set us up with an even better deal through a local credit union.
I actually bought my Mazda from Hall's Mazda dealer, and they were very well-priced on that transaction as well. Moral of the story ... don't assume that big national chains have the best price on used cars. Your local Chevy dealer may have a better/newer certified vehicle at a better price. And it is always good to deal directly with a service department that knows the vehicle inside and out.
