I am a former Genesis repeat offender. Post three. However, beyond their means; you can not see a new one, nor price or expect to see one in the foreseeable future.
Therefore, I scooted off to International Autos of Milwaukee. Strolled over some on the lot of Mercedes. Larry Pagelsdorf helped me inspect a 2020 Mercedes C-300. Pricey, but quite well equipped. My 2019 Genesis G-70 was only (8) months old, but too low and too snug for four. I got about right for the trade-in. The on-lot C-300 was out right then. But, Larry dove it to my home for Mrs. inspection. I returned later to wrap up negotiations. As usual the boss has the final say. But, on the last day of the month I think I won. Detailed, gassed and out the door at closing time. The only ‘hang-up’ was initiating the navigation. But, blame may lie with my aged Android Phone. But, Larry got my new ‘Smart Phone’ to make it all appear on screen.

Tyler Breunig, sales rep took the issue/problem and ran with it using both his excellent knowledge and skill sets of the iDrive program along with other troubleshooting support to narrow down the root issue.
Tyler invested more than 3 hours working on this project, his tenacity, drive and customer support is something one does see or experience much these days.
Nice having a great supporting cast behind you on projects like this.
