We had such a great experience working with Chaka. He was intelligent and gave feedback when we talked about what we were looking for in a car. He was not pushy at all and was there more as a resource than anything else. He was kind, funny, and very easy to talk to. He always made sure we were comfortable and overall made the experience great. After buying the car there were some cleanliness issues. I talked to Chaka about them and we brought the car back in and he had it recleaned and detailed for us at no cost. Great experience.

If it hadn't been for his involvement, and the general manager, we were ready to leave and purchase the vehicle elsewhere. Anthony should have a value statement upon introduction and should have asked some questions to determine what vehicle is best, what we wanted in a car or other model options. My wife actually asked about an HRV, and he subsequently ignored her opinion. Overall great experience with finance agent, Amos, the dealership and the general manager. First finance person, was useless. He tried to make a deal with us, with incorrect information regarding taxes, he under reported, he charged us for items related to living in Wisconsin, we live in Illinois and he added extra items to the car without discussing with us. We felt very deceived. Very happy with the vehicle, waiting to see how the "owed items" are taken care of and perhaps a demo of the features of our new vehicle.

I will admit, my first touchpoints with this dealership were less than stellar, with bad information about pricing and financing combinations, and a sales manager who seemed less than customer friendly. Once the holidays passed, I was able to speak to the GM, Jim. Jim went above and beyond to make my experience with Wilde outstanding. We locked all agreements down prior to walking in, and he had Tony, a sales consultant, help with the purchase. Between him and Tony, it was the easiest and most stress-free car buying experience I could imagine.
Thank you, Jim, for turning my experience around and making me want to continue to give Wilde my business! You really took initiative to do right by me, as the customer, and I am very grateful for that.

I stopped in today to buy oil, was informed my Mvp card was no longer valid, I had over around $150.00 on the card, I asked the service tech if he could tell me how to put the back up sensor on , he said to make a appointment for service , it must be broke they don't go off, I spoke with Chis Williams on the way out , he not only told me how to do it, he took me to a car in the show room and showed me. He made a bad experience turn into a good one. I would stop in to see him next time I need to make a purchase

I have been a Honda City customer for 20 years. I have purchased 7 Hondas (4 for my children) over those 20 years. I have always taken our vehicles there for service, even oil changes. Of all the cars we have purchased, only one was a bad purchase,(Honda Accord 2009) but that was a manufacture defect, in which I got a recall letter 3 years after the fact. Even though we were 65,000 miles over the warranty, they fixed our car for literally free. Having said that, we had service there on 11-13-19. we went there for 4 new tires and the alignment. Our service person recommended we get the fluid flush as our car turned 5 yrs old. She also said the brakes were worn, so we got that done also. 2.5 hours, just like she told us. We might pay a tad more for labor and parts, but Honda City has NEVER done a service job where we had to comeback for a fix. That's 20 years. There is no price you can put on piece of mind.
