Was referred to Zimbrick by a family member. She told me they were a reputable dealer. Bought a used vehicle with no visual rust or corrosion problems. The car fax and dealers inspection listed no corrosion issues. Six months down the road with an extended warranty I take it in for a check engine light let them know the things that have been going on with the vehicle. It was down shifting for no reason and had been doing so sporadically since I bought it. They had to take some covers off and find corrosion on a wire to the transmission. Come to find out not covered by my extended warranty even tho they sold it to me in that condition. Instead of working with me I get a 350$ bill that I don’t believe they should have charged or at least split with me. This will be the first and only vehicle I will buy from Zimbrick. I recommend to anyone buying a vehicle from any dealer to have them do a corrosion check and sign off that you will not be charged if they sell you a vehicle that ends up having any. It was a Jetta that for its first 4-5 years was a Florida car. Wasn’t continually in Wisconsin till 2016 and had less than 100,000 miles on it when I bought it. Hard to think you’d have corrosion issues with that amount of miles.

The Service department told me to find a different dealership for my service needs, since they couldn’t resolve a basic customer concern. After just purchasing a new vehicle from them you would think they would want to keep customers coming back. Clearly the service advisor has little knowledge of dealership dynamics in that Sales sells the first vehicle and Service sells the second. Although this wasn't my first or second vehicle from them it may be my last.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had!! Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even answered my questions on his day off! A few days after buying my new vehicle the windshield cracked and they replaced it at no cost and gave me a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait. The process of buying my new vehicle went so smoothly I was in shock. Cody found me the perfect vehicle and I couldn't be any happier! They deserve way more than 5 stars for going above and beyond for me!

I moved to the area two years ago and bought my first car at Bergstrom Oshkosh. A year later, I needed to trade it in for another, much bigger car for hauling kids all over the state. I needed a dependable car, one where I am not in the shop every 3 months, but I am a new teacher and money is tight with 4 kids, a student loan, and life expenses. The manager, Mike, took the time to sit with me and list all the must-have features I needed, list what kind of miles I drive, and list how much room I would need for equipment and suitcases. He then turned me over to Cody Oleson, one of the nicest, most down-to-earth sales reps I've met. He also reviewed the list of what I needed and gave me many choices. He was incredibly patient as I drove *all* the choices and brands and made him sit in all the seats to rate the comfortableness and roominess of the second and third rows (I have very tall kids). He was such a good guy about it and never hesitated to help me, answer my weird questions, or give me the extra information I needed about my top three choices. Financing was easy and quick!! Could not test drive - decided to close early - Out-of-towner but will not be back
We drove 45 minutes to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe on 5/3/19. We arrived at the dealership at 6:30 p.m. The business website indicates they are open until 8:00 p.m. on Fridays. When we arrived, we were told that we could not test drive the vehicle because "it's been slow all day and we are closing early." We asked about the hours listed on the website and were told the hours were correct. We we explained that we were from out of town and came specifically to look at that vehicle. The salesman again said they were closing early and we would have to come back another time.

This was one of my best truck buying experiences.The salesman was very laid back and noligible of what he was selling. The whole process took less than an hour. The truck i bought had small problem and the dealer took care of it with no hesitation. Will definitely go back. The dealership changed names it is now International Autos
