Our purchase experience was fast and professional with a well informed team. Customer service was paramount, I lost count of the number of employees who checked to ensure we were being helped and didn’t need anything. We will purchase again in the future.

I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle at the end of last... - Sch8177
I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle at the end of last year. The staff were friendly and great to work with, but they did not take the time to clean out the vehicle. The vehicle was a lease, and it was not kept up inside. There were some stains on the seats (expected with a used vehicle). Marks/stains on the interior which could've been dirt, a beverage of some sort or food. I was able to wipe most of these off.
I had recently vacuumed the vehicle out and found sand/glitter in the back seat and sand in the trunk, small wrappers, chips, cookie and/or cracker crumbs in the seats, especially where the seat belts are. I also found a small flat toy shoved in the back seat.
Also, about a month into owning the vehicle the front wheel bearings had to be replaced. Thankfully this was covered under warranty.

Trevor needs to listen to what the customer needs are and to do the research for the makes and models available. My daughter looked up everything online when we got home and found the vehicle we ended up leasing. He was way too assertive trying to force a sale we weren't comfortable with. I really wish I would have asked for a different salesman.

We just had our first experience buying a SUV from Dorsch West. I am happy to say they were awesome! Mike Lepak, our salesman was friendly, informative, and listened to our needs. He explained every aspect of the car including setting up my phone to Bluetooth, which no other salesman has ever done. We felt our entire experience was very thorough and credit that to Mike and the entire team! We will definitely recommend Dorsch West to our friends and family.

Easy To Deal With! - Lori
Bought a new F150 from Horn Ford this October. Very friendly. There was no pressure, and with all the technology on vehicles today, my salesmen (Kurt), was able to answer all my questions and teach me how to use all the features. I went to two other dealerships, and the difference is just unbelievable. Horn Ford is the best!

Be extremely careful if you choose to purchase a vehicle... - Itsmemaofdl
Be extremely careful if you choose to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
ASK FOR THE TITLE.
These guys are not who they seem no matter what the other reviews say.
Tom Lilach sold me a vehicle on Jan 4th that Bergstrom didn't have the title for, confirmed yesterday by the Finance guy.
Told Tom received letter from DOT that car was not titled or registered, told me it was taken care of and car was registered.
Checked with DOT a week later because you cannot trust a car salesman and found that it was not taken care of.
Stopped in to discuss a separate deal and true colors began to show, rude and unprofessional comments.
Told Tom that car was not taken car of and he proceeded to lie to me again and told me it was.
Inquired about how guaranteed financing worked and Tom told me they will give me $1500.00 a month payments, which I in no way could afford, but it would satisfy their claim of offering guaranteed financing. Isn't that great.
New GM said he would take the bull by the horns, but sorry DOT closed, has off the next day, oh and sorry, DOT closed on Sat.
Finance guy said I would have plates today since they finally got the original owner to sign the title.
You know the story by now, no plates.
Said he has to take care of kids and has stuff to do so maybe I can take off work and take care of it.
This fine group at Bergstrom Ford definitely goes out of their way to take care of their customers.
Don't even bother trying to contact Corporate either because they will transfer you to every Bergstrom dealer in the state before they would ever connect you to Corporate.
Just a little tip, Your best bang for the buck is send John an email and contact BBB as well as DOT dealer investigation.
At this point, stuck with a vehicle that I still have no proof is mine, is not registered, basically cannot drive, but required to pay for.
Not quite sure how they thought they would get away with selling a car without the title but sure they will be explaining it in the coming weeks.

Ron knew that I wanted 2 sell my car outright than trade it in, so he sent a potential buyer to my house and days later it was sold. Thanks to Ron I had more money to put down on my new car I bought from him. He even gave me a great deal on it.

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local... - unicorn1
I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles!
I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck!
I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to.
In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!
