I purchased a used 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan from Roseville Chrysler and it was missing the little flash drive cover on the radio. My dealer rep Rich followed up with me a few days after my purchase. I mentioned that the cover was missing and he offered to replace it free of charge. It was a small mater by I have found that if one takes care of small maters, one can be trusted to take care of big things as well. Rich was great to work with through the whole process and I would highly recommend doing business with him.

I didn’t use my Van much. Besides oil change I received a new air filter and gas cap. The people working in Service is top notch.

Kevin Carlson is an absolute asset to his dealership because he listens to the needs of his customers and goes out of his way to deliver. I found him to be a very ethical and honest car salesman which, for many people, can be difficult to come by. I was treated like a family member from ALL of the staff I encountered, while going through the lease process. I believe this dealership is so successful, because they work as a team and not as individuals. Keep up the great work guys, and I will see you at lease end so we can do it again!

Coon Rapids Chrysler Service department is totally incompent, lazy, and liars. Incompent mechanics and worthless mgmt. Go elsewhere and dont get cheated. I brought my car in three times for coolant leak and they wanted almost $800 to replace a perfectly good water pump. Mechanics too lazy to identify real issue and mgmt to dumb to admit it.

Dealer worked with my family and I to get a great price and a couple extra features added to help keep the truck looking great for years to come. Dealership team all worked together to make my truck buying experience as easy as could be and to help compare a couple different trucks on their lot. Dealer was friendly and personal and made the experience like I was buying a new truck from an old friend. Thank you to Scott Burns and Amber Genardi in a team effort to help us with the purchase of our 2018 Pacifica. Both were quick to respond to any questions we had. Both were very pleasant and professional people to work with. After our purchase Amber was very helpful by sending videos and other information regarding our vehicle. Thank you to both of them. The rating of a four is mainly due to our 2 1/2 hour drive towards our appointment at the dealership only to find out before we arrived that the vehicle had been pulled off of the lot and into the shop. So we had to make a second trip to get the vehicle we wanted. Neither sales person knew that ahead of time. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted and we are very happy with it.

I wanted to follow up on the purchase of the F-150 Diesel Vin #1FTFW1E19JFC34216. I am still confused on how Fury Motors would sell the car when it was already sold. You accepted my offer on Monday, February 10, 2020. I paid the required deposit to hold the car on Tuesday February 11, 2020 in the amount of $1500.00. The purchase agreement was sent to me on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. I responded to Andy on Thursday morning February 13, 2020 at 7:18 a.m. that all of the paperwork was correct to go ahead and send the final documents. I then got a call from Ethan Cyr (the Salesman) on Friday, February 14th, 2020 at 11:37 a.m. stating that he had some bad news. He said the car had been sold on Thursday, February 13, 2020. I want to know what is going to be done to rectify the situation. Just refunding my deposit is not acceptable and is not going to work.
