Chase went leaps and bounds for us this time. After a oil change and a spur of the moment decision, Chase jumped hurdles for us to make this happen before we left for our vacation! We even had a snag as we were on our way down, our new (to us) vehicle was not even on the lot (yes we bought sight unseen for this model). I’m not sure what kind of hair was pull out to make it happen but on our hour drive he got the truck there for us! He even stayed late knowing we had a drive to get there. Highly recommend. Chase even sold us our past Jeep that was also spur of the moment.

Not a good experience - Disgruntled Ram buyer
I recently bought a 2012 Ram 1500 from Fury Stillwater. When i bought the truck the cup holder was broken. I had to threaten to return the truck for my car when i went back the next day to get it fixed. They refused to fix it until I told them they had 10 minutes to get me my car and money i put down. After fixing this I noticed a tapping noise from under hood on right side of engine. I took it back and asked them to look at it. I was told it was an exhaust manifold leak and that it is common on these trucks. I researched it and it was indeed a common issue. When i asked them to fix it under the 30 day/1000 mile warranty they offer they said it is not covered. I then researched it further to find out the reason it is not covered is because the dealership would loose money because of the time it would take to replace the bolts if they were broken (another common issue). They told me i would have to wait until the 30 day dealership warranty expired and use my aftermarket warranty. They guaranteed me 97% sure that it would be covered. I also inquired about bad fuel mileage and they swore they never heard of an exhaust leak causing fuel mileage to drop. I took it to my mechanic had him look at it and he said anyone who knows anything about cars or trucks knows an exhaust leak knows it messes with the sensors causing fuel mileage to drop. He then called the aftermarket warranty and they said in no way shape or form will it be covered. This dealership has been nothing but a bother since i went there. I will never go back nor refer anyone to this dealership even if they offer a referral fee. Stay away!!!

The car is great. The time spent at Fury was a wonderful experience. Would like to tell management that I think even cars with Turbo deserve the powertrain warranty when you do the financing. When Steve and Sean found out the car would not be covered they looked through stock for another car I would love in order to get me the warranty. There was not another renegade manual with 46xxx miles that had been on the lot for 66 days. Steve was great and I will send anyone I know to see him for a car.

Good ol’ Bait and switch - wegek
They promised me one thing, then after they ran my credit, suddenly the price went back to full price AFTER we had a negotiated offer on the table. The only reason I applied was because I liked the price they offered. Such a sham! Then they tried to downplay it saying that the offer I received was for a different car. When I showed them the confirmation email, SILENCE!!! I’d suggest finding a different dealer.

I made an appointment on line and took my Jeep Compass there to have oil change and a couple of other normal services. But the main reason was to get the Radio fixed as it cuts in and out, I dropped it off at 3:45pm and the service writer said I would have to leave over night so a Tech could look at the radio. I picked it up the next day and asked what was wrong with the radio and both service writers got the deer in the headlights look and said no one had looked at the radio I was then asked if I put the request in the comments field on the request which I had and there comment was the Tech cannot see that field when looking at the RO.

It’d b great if they’d use current reviews and not ones that are 4 years old. The most current ones are over 4 years old. Nothing from 2015 to present.
If u own a Eco diesel, do not take it here. They’ve given it back to me twice, over an 8 week period, and it still isn’t running.
