Chad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The process was quick and painless. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was! My only concern is how many times I heard from people working at the dealership say that masks weren’t important or were unnecessary. There was also salesman sitting at his desk waiting on hold with his doctor. He had in on speaker phone so everyone could hear and it was uncomfortable to hear him renewing a prescription while complaining about how long he’s been on hold, as if there isn’t a pandemic happening. Overall, the car buying process was easy, but the environment felt a bit unprofessional.

I wanted to follow up on the purchase of the F-150 Diesel Vin #1FTFW1E19JFC34216. I am still confused on how Fury Motors would sell the car when it was already sold. You accepted my offer on Monday, February 10, 2020. I paid the required deposit to hold the car on Tuesday February 11, 2020 in the amount of $1500.00. The purchase agreement was sent to me on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. I responded to Andy on Thursday morning February 13, 2020 at 7:18 a.m. that all of the paperwork was correct to go ahead and send the final documents. I then got a call from Ethan Cyr (the Salesman) on Friday, February 14th, 2020 at 11:37 a.m. stating that he had some bad news. He said the car had been sold on Thursday, February 13, 2020. I want to know what is going to be done to rectify the situation. Just refunding my deposit is not acceptable and is not going to work.
