Did some online searching and found a truck I liked listed at Valley GMC in Apple Valley. I stopped in for a test drive and met with Shane Carnahan. He was helpful and worked with me on a new GMC truck. Liked the truck but was undecided. A week later I returned to drive it again and we ended up making a deal. Just picked it up and they did a great job of getting it ready. I had an extra accessory installed and it looks really great. For the finance piece...Joel Mullett is a great guy and helped make the financial components work smoothly. He was was easy to work with and resolved my many questions quickly. I am hard to please and these guys far exceeded my expectations! Great experience and I highly recommend Valley if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

I walked in pretty depressed after having my Buick Encore totaled in an accident that wasn't my fault. Jack Johnson helped put me behind the wheel of a 2016 Verano with 51,000 miles. He found the car in New Ulm and had it delivered the next day. It's a wonderful automobile and I'm super happy with it, and very pleased with Lupient and their staff. Nick in finance took care of all the paper work and even transferred my personalized license plate to my new vehicle with no hassle. Great people....great service!

Trisha Wenzel worked very hard to make sure that this sale went smoothly. We had visited on the phone, sent messages, and pictures back and forth until we successfully had a good deal put together. Trisha set up a time for me to arrive at the business to complete paper work and answer many questions. She made sure that the new truck was ready to go after all the paper work was completed.Trisha is a super salesperson to work with. I looked around for a new truck like this one at several other GMC dealers around Ia and MN. I am very happy with the GMC and the way the whole sale was completed. Trisha made sure that the blue tooth phone set was working, along with helping me with instructions to operate the navigation system and showing me all the other options that the new truck had to offer. Everyone at the business was very nice and helpful.

Posting an update in regards to our previously posted negative feedback...
We had a meeting with Walser GMC VP Pete Swenson. Pete took the time to meet with us, hear us out, and empathize with our experience about the service that we received from the service department. But most importantly to us, he apologized on behalf of Walser for the situation, and without any hesitation whatsoever, offered to make it 100% right.
As a Walser customer of 10 years, we are relieved and thankful that Pete took the time to meet with us personally and make things right. I would encourage anyone else who either reads or posts negative feedback related to Walser GMC to at least give Pete a chance to make things right before just completely walking away from them. I can tell you from our experience that he was genuine and will not disappoint. We simply believe that we are customers worthy of having; and it was clear to us after meeting with Pete that Walser GMC indeed felt the same.
I can honestly say that meeting has turned us from becoming detractors into PROMOTERS of Walser GMC, and given our 10 year history as customers, that truly means a lot to us.
Thank you Pete. We will gladly come back again.

Everyone from the sales manager to the sales person treated me well. I would recommend this dealer ship to anyone needing a new vehicle. You cannot go wrong with a sales person. I dealt with Jakob, who allowed me to drive the vehicle home to show my wife. After she said okay, the deal was done.

I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me.
I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.

Bought a new GMC pickup which managed to have some drivetrain problems at 60K. Their Service dept did not find anything. Then just past the 70K warranty mark the transmission failed and had to be serviced by another dealer at full price.

Incompetent and awful customer service!! Last year they installed my Summer tires & wheels. Like many Summer tires the rear wheels are wider than the front. They installed them wrong! Big wide tires sticking past the fenders in front and skinny recessed tires in the rear. So simple, so obvious and so inexcusable! Duh!!
Another time I brought in a car and less than 1 month after having an entirely new front end installed (all new control arms, ball joints, CV joints....everything) they told me I needed new ball joints. Sorry, I don't think so!
OK, after those 2 experiences I should know better but today out of convenience I trusted them to replace my tires. In doing so they broke the internal tire pressure sensor and asked if I'd like to buy another one for $150. I insisted that sensor worked before they touched the wheel and was now literally broken into pieces! What am I to conclude? They insisted it was broken before and "was rolling around inside the tire". When I asked them to show me the sensor there were no wear marks to support it having tumbled around inside the tire ever (think rock tumbler). Essentially, they said I'm a liar yet all the facts (including their demonstrated inability to even install wheels properly) indicated fault is with them. Unbelievably bad customer service! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
