Steve answers every question fully, is extremely responsive and knows more about Jeep Wranglers than any other Sales Associate we have met. If you are in the Twin Cities and want a Jeep, Steve is the man you want to see. When it came time to do the purchase, Mark and Jay in Finance were outstanding. If i could rate -1 star in terms of a buying experience I would. Their “ Upfront Prices” is just a sales tactic to get you in the door. First they rely heavily on manufacturers rebates that all dealerships offers. They advertise these incentives knowing far well not everyone qualifies for them all and don’t disclose it until your ready to sign. They’re upfront pricing is at or slightly above invoice pricing to which if you negotiate you can get anywhere. They fact that they can’t help further knowing they have a holdback and or curtailment on a unit 30+ days on their lot means nothing. Also your just a number in a que. Better clear up a day if your buying here, took 6+ Hours 3 being awaiting on papers and financial alone. Also for a hassle-free experience they’re quite pushy in terms of extended warranty coverage. I know it’s all profit but after declining, questioning me as to why and then trying to convince me I am wrong. After it was all said and done they asked if I wouldn’t mind giving them 10s on a Chrysler Customer Service Survey because it reflects into their organization. When I questioned what prompted them as to why I’d give them a 10, they tried to be buddy buddy asking what I needed to make it happen. When I asked for a little help thoughtful the process or not to drag it out. None was shown to me. So I’ll gladly repay.

We just purchased a Ram Power Wagon and had Jenn Kunkle help us out. We have bought a couple other cars from Jenn and as usual she treated us like family. She took the time to educate us on both trucks we were thinking about buying. Jenn was super knowledgeable about each truck and made it super easy to buy. She listened to our needs and help us select a truck from those needs.
Nicole in financing was super fast and had out deal financed really fast. I think we were in and out of there in a few hours not all day like some dealerships. If your looking to buy a new car or truck you would be silly not to go to Fury and ask for Jenn.

Glad to see so many positive reviews. My service experience was anything but good. Brought in my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with only 22K miles in for a simple warranty repair for one of the sliding doors (the door lock did not work). Problem fixed, however the technician forgot to install TWO removed parts and left them in the back of the van. A door wire harness was not attached as was dangling down, and damage was done to a weather seal. Brought the van back to fix the mistakes. Service writer said all was fixed. Nope. Now my van with 22K mikes has a crack in the large sliding door panel and the exterior weather seal was not fixed causing excessive wind noise at highway speed. Not bringing it back in for a third strike. Done with this place (for service reasons). Good Luck! Update 3-20-21 - Looked at the sliding door interior panel again - cracked! What a joke of a service department. FAIL.
4-7-2021 Update - The parts department is good, service is horrible. The parts dept ordered me all of the missing / broken parts and I INSTALLED THEM ALL MYSELF! Service Dept never got back to me, never called, nothing. During the job, I found many technician mistakes. See pics! Missing parts, parts not installed, wire harnesses and cables not put back into the retainers, it was a mess. FAIL. Do not go here for service!

I could have probably avoided additional damage and a huge repair bill if they had found what the real problem was.
They do not know what to look for or listen to what I explained.
I went in with grinding noise coming from the back end of the vehicle. They drove it and decided it was a front wheel bearing and replaced that. They said the noise from the back end was just tire noise. I didn't think that was right, but thought they would know more about the vehicle than I did. Wrong!! Two weeks later my truck broke down in the middle of an out of state move with a blown rear axil seal, rear bearing damage, the entire rear differential damaged and needed to replace it. After replacing that in the middle of Iowa the truck no longer has the "TIRE NOISE" they used as an excuse. I'm not even sure if they even looked at the back end of the vehicle (where I told them to look) because the repair shop I was stuck at said this problem should have been obvious if it had been checked.
