These guys sent me a text to check on some Carbon... - brandonprasnicki
These guys sent me a text to check on some Carbon Monoxide thing they installed 4 years ago on an F150. They offered a free oil change, so I brought it in even after I told them I bought my truck from a different dealer, and asked them to confirm. After an hour drive round trip, they called and told me the service was actually meant for the explorer (that I actually bought from there). So they sent text on wrong vehicle. Then bait and switched on services which aren't even Ford recommended but based on some lower mileage recommendation (which in itself took two passes because the first recommendation list was on the explorer). I have some serious trust issues with these guys and will never go back again. Tad nervous my vehicle will be tinkered with and will break down soon after this 'free' simple oil change and bait and switch for needless services.
I bought a 2020 Escape. At 2350 miles a tire blew out... - Jim Steinberg
I bought a 2020 Escape. At 2350 miles a tire blew out through the side wall. The dealership insisted I hit a pothole or sharp object, because they said tires NEVER blowout thru the sidewall, so they would not warranty the tire. We purchased the bumper to bumper warranty and were told that it covers everything including oil changes and brake pads. I asked to speak to the owner, who never contacted me. I had to buy a new tire. I did not do it thru the dealership, because of the way the issue was handled. Well guess what! Continental tires DO BLOW OUT THRU THE SIDEWALL.
Here is a article about Continental tires blowing out thru the sidewall and there is a recall. Someone owes me $215. Like that, or an apology will ever happen. After 7 straight Ford vehicles, I am done with Ford after this ordeal.

Was looking for a used truck and they had one i was interested in. Mike Koch helped me at the start and even gave me his personal cell # so i could call and make sure truck was available before driving an hour to get there. When i arrived i dealt with Patrick F O'Bryant. He was great in letting me test drive and give it a thorough look over before sitting down and talking. No pressure. Love that part. Both gentlemen were professional at what they do and would deal with them again with no hesitation. I got my truck and could not be happier. Thanks again guys!

Was very pleasantly surprised! Haven’t been to Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford in years, but heard their service department had undergone some changes in personnel. Morrie’s has a stellar sales team, but the service department has always been average at best. Joe was informative and friendly. Really no nonsense and I appreciated that! I am cautiously optimistic that things will continue to be better!
I want to share an experience that I had with this... - EDubz98
I want to share an experience that I had with this dealership.
We own a 2017 Ford Explorer and purchased an extended warranty from this dealership.
A week ago, we brought the car in because it was struggling to start right away. Since we also needed to get an oil change, some recalls looked at, and have a seat heater fixed, we made plans to leave the car all day. I dropped the car off at 8:30 AM. Upon drop off, they determined that the battery terminal was corroded. They said they would clean and test the battery for $55. I also got talked into a 60K service as it was overdue for about $800.
By about 5PM, we were calling the service department trying to see if we could pick up the car but they clearly weren't finished. They claimed that the 60K mile service was done, and that the battery had been cleaned and tested out fine. They were "working on" one of the recalls but didn't get to the other one. They also needed to order parts for the seat, so that couldn't be done until another day. We told them that we'd pick up the car right away and handle the other recall when the parts for the seat came in.
When we came to get the car, it was parked outside, and they mentioned that it was almost completely out of gas. That was odd, since we didn't even think we were low. Upon further investigation, the car wouldn't start at all! When they opened the hood, the battery was still corroded over. Clearly, they lied about cleaning and testing the battery. Worse than that, cleaning and testing the battery was ALSO included in the 60K mile service. They scrambled some people together and determined that the battery was completely DEAD! At that point, they got someone to replace the battery so my wife could leave.
When the parts came in for the seat, we made another appointment. Upon booking that appointment, we were offered a rental (loaner) car so that we didn't have to spend another entire day waiting for them to finish. When I showed up to drop the car, no rental cars were available, and the service advisor acted like there was nothing he could do. When I reminded him about the terrible service we got last time, and that his manager had promised us a rental, he gave in. When the work was completed, I got a call and was told we'd be charged the full amount for the 60K mile service, which I have a hard time believing was done.
When I told him that I didn't trust that the 60K mile service was done, his response was:
"Well it was, and YOU are paying for it!"
I am now waiting for a call back from the manager. If you are interested in getting ripped off and completely disrespected as a customer, by all means spend your money at Inver Grove Ford.
Fortunately, there are much better options.

If I could give 0 stars I would...Worst attempted buying... - JB_in_mn
If I could give 0 stars I would...Worst attempted buying experience ever. I called and was told the car I was interested was still available and within 2 hours was at the dealership. Upon arriving, I had to wait 20 min only to be told that the guy I spoke with on the phone (who never gave his name which is odd in sales) had left for the day and someone else would help me. 10 min later I was finally told that the car I wanted to look at had a bad transmission and was no longer for sale, but...they had a car for 2 k more if I was interested. The car I originally was interested in was listed on a site that I had "followed" and within 2 days I was told the car had sold. I'll never know exactly what happened, but they guys are sketchy at best, either I was lied to or they sold this car to someone else with a bad tranny in it
