I initially started the conversation with the dealership via the website/email. I had scheduled a time to test drive a specific vehicle, however when I arrived I was told it was sold the previous day. Sarge and the team were able to find the car I was looking for (trim, color, options, etc.) at another dealership and were able to obtain it for me the same day! Overall, I had a great experience with the sales and management team even after the sale. During and after the purchase they have been quick to respond to my questions/concerns to ensure that my experience with the dealership was a positive one.

I am 59 years old and have been buying cars since I was 18. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Knauz in the last 3 years. Both experiences were great. The most recent purchase was working with Neal Khan. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make the deal work and did excellent follow-up. Buying a car can be stressful and there have only been two dealerships in my car buying life where I walked out having an all around pleasant experience. Knauz was one of them, and I will continue to go to them when I am in the market for a car.

But after a few mins of 15-25, mins waiting for help even after an appointment made and confirmed, my family and I were still waiting for help. Then, the price gouging, add ons started with the bill of sales adding $9,000+ in packing the contract with add ons. I was shocked and felt discriminated, and thought as a fool. I was ready to purchase, had my check book, any documents I may need just in case. I ended up buying a Toyota Highlander, Limited Platinum from a competitor. Buyer beware of this dealership tactics, and unprofessionally demeanor.

I bought my 2020 Tucson in for its 15000 mile check. All went well until I was driving home and noticed the next maintenance due sticker. It had next due coming in around 3500 miles instead of 7500. This is the second time this has happened. Called back and dealer verified the mistake. This could be confusing if one relies on the sticker. Pugi service department needs to rectify its computer program.

Bait and Switch, treating you like a piece of meat the moment you walk in (they will make you very uncomfortable) "trying to be helpful" but then leave you sit and wait in a limbo with no updates for 20 minutes - translation: they don't give a flying flock about you. Do not trust these people, especially the manager Pete.

Worst experience ever.. they can throw all their sales pitches to you, but they need to educate their staff on customer service., when you salesman asking you why did you come in to buy a new car vs buying your leased one to stay on budget.
