This afternoon on the way home from the vet my daughter's very large iguana crawled under the back seat and got wedged in. After over an hour in the heat of trying to get it out at home, it seemed it was no longer breathing or moving. I drove over to the dealer service area and although it was closed a couple of the guys that were cleaning up in the service area came out to help. One of them called a man Roger that was at home. He immediately came down and tried to remove the back seat and help my son in law save this animal. It took a while, but in the end Roger was able to free the animal, another man from service helped put the car back together and our iguana Blue was alive. This was an act of kindness from someone who did not know us and came in on his own time to save the life of this animal. Words cannot express what this animal means to my daughter and her family. I cannot express enough my thanks to Roger and the gentlemen that put the parts back on our car. We have always bought our cars from this dealership and will never buy any place else. This shows that they are not only about making a dollar, but they really care about their customers. Thank you to all involved in saving this animal.

I believe myself to be a well informed pain in the dealership butt of a customer. In my 30 years of car shopping I have to say besides having to wait for paperwork to be completed which was a bit longer than I thought was necessary everything else was positive experience. Tyler was my initial contact from internet sales answered all my questions accurately. I went in and he partnered me up with Maricruz my sales person who showed me the vehicle a 2002 GMC Envoy and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Tom and Joe are the sales managers which I had talked and dealt with both also very customer satisfaction oriented. I had a few mechanical questions and they gladly had a service advisor and tech explain everything and show me how to do basic things on the vehicle. AJ was an additional service advisor who assisted in informing me to a concern I asked them to look into. Tony was my fiance or deal closer. He wasn't pushy about any add ins and helped me select a reasonable priced extended warranty I was interested in. He explained to me about the coverage and how it worked answered all my questions. He wasn't sure about something and nicely explained that he would get back to me with the answer which he did the following day. This is the first time I have a positive experience at any dealership big or little without any false or misleading sales gimmicks. I'm actually looking forward to going back in 5 or 6 years when I most likely will be looking for my next vehicle. Great buying experience just a little bit more waiting around to finalize the paperwork unfortunately but it's just like waiting in line at the store and the other customers had more questions in front of me is why I experienced the delay which is out of the dealership control. Highly recommend to give them a chance best service I ever received buying a used car. Hopefully you can have just as pleasant experience. I purchased a PRE CERTIFIED 2016 Acadia. My salesman was great. Upon looking at the vehicle I went to test drive the vehicle and it had no gas and the light was on. Also I noticed the low wiper fluid light was on and 3 of the 4 tires were bald. I test drove the vehicle down the street since the gas light was on and returned to dealer. I negotiated 3 new tires to match the 1 good tire and they agreed. Upon bringing the car home I noticed the rear hatch popped and there was a leak of P/S fluid on my garage floor and the trans shifted harsh from 2 to 3rd. A month and a half has gone by and I have had the power steering line replaced new rear hatch supports and the entire trans rebuilt. So my question is if this vehicle was CERTIFIED then how does all this get missed. My guess is it never got looked at in the first place. They just figured it’s a newer car with low miles and now it came back to bite them in the a- -. I tried several times 4-5 to talk to someone over the phone and never once received a call back. I just wanted to talk to someone and let them know about these misses in there inspection of the vehicle. The last time I went in I finally talked to some schmuck and he didn’t like what I had to say and told me I should leave.
