I did not feel pressured, he explained everything in detail and I got a really good deal. He walked me though all the features of my vehicle and made sure I knew how to use them all. The last time I was in for an oil change , the mechanic noticed a slight oil leak on right side of engine. The service writer (Joe Picicci) said he would schedule me to find and repair problem. I had my vehicle serviced earlier in the week, and I was fairly surprised that this location had such a laissez-faire attitude towards a pandemic that's been going on for over 10 months. Masks for employees and customers were clearly optional (as it states on signage throughout the location), the quick lane waiting room was absolutely packed (keeping a distance from others also not needed apparently), and the shuttle driver had no mask when he was sent to pick me up at my home (he couldn't be bothered to wear basic protection, nor did he care). The lack of concern for the safety of your employees, customers, and their families was disconcerting, to say the least. Had I known about previous outbreaks stemming from this establishment before I scheduled my maintenance, I would've gone elsewhere. On top of all that, I received my car back with grease stains on the front seats. Normally, I'd ask them to clean up their own mess, but I wasn't going to wait in that lobby while whoever worked on my car cleaned up after themselves. I cannot support a business that cares so little about not just their work, but also the health and safety of everyone that enters the building.

Only go to this dealer if it's below 85 degrees. I've been shopping for a used Escape for a while. Went to River Oaks Ford and looked around the lot. I'll admit it was pretty hot, but I was on the lot for about 20 minutes checking out the Escapes. After nobody came out to greet me, I went in to see what the deal was. There were 3 guys sitting at a desk. I asked if they had any used Escapes and they said no. Didn't get up, didn't do anything. Okay then. On to the next dealership.
