I have been a Customer with International KIA in Orland Park since February 2017 when I bought my first KIA Optima. In 2019, I purchased a KIA Sorento (new) for my wife. Last week I purchased a 2021 Stinger, GT Line, wolf gray. Christian Loving was my salesman and was the most professional, honest, and work for you personality I have ever met. He did not beat around the bush and worked the deal until I was completely happy, which didn’t take long. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a great car buying experience and excellent variety in vehicles to check out International KIA, you won’t be disappointed. I will say that Cindy was nice and polite however she did question my knowledge of the release date of the 2021 Kia Stinger as if I did not do any research on the car and tried to use it as leverage for me to purchase the car. I was looking for a Kia Stinger GT1, the dealership stated that they would find one for me. However they were not able to, Cindy stated that the reason they were not able to find a Stinger was because there were not many on the market. Which was true there weren't many, but she tried to tell me the reason why there weren't many was because 2020 was the last year of the Kia Stinger and there wouldn't be a 2021. She told me this 1 week after Kia just announced the 2021 Stinger and it would be sold at the end of Q3. I told Cindy about the announcement and she stated that it was just a concept car and that the car wouldn't be sold. (Why would Kia tell consumers that the car will be sold, but their employee that it's a concept car and wouldn't make it to the market?) Other dealers never told me 2020 was the last year, only her. They never called me back after I told her about the production of the 2021 Stinger and now it's September and 2021 Stingers are on the market. Please do some researching before you lie 😂

I located a car from this dealership online and requested a test drive online. I received email after email, asking to approve financing, which I did. Confirming the appointment to come and test drive the car, which I did. Got a phone call from a rep from the dealership the day of my appointment and not a word was ever mentioned that THE CAR WAS ALREADY SOLD!!! I took an Uber that was a 45 minute car drive (and not cheap), only to arrive and be told that the car was sold on Saturday. Saturday??? I requested all of this info and financing on Sunday. I came in on Tuesday all set to purchase the car. So now I have to take another long Uber home, spending over $100 in Uber fares for absolutely no reason. This is just absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely not be stepping foot in any Kia dealership ever again. They only get one star because at least the staff was nice that I spoke to when I was there. However, at that point, the damage was already done. I'm disgusted with this place. This is no way to do business.

A HUGE Thank You to Joe, Dina, Eric and of course Andy for the GREAT buying experience. Without all of you going above and beyond and making us feel at ease we might not have driven a car off the lot. We appreciate all the time you spent with us and making us feel comfortable through the whole process.
