Heritage Cadillac consistently exceeds expectations. Brought my 2019 Cadillac in for my first oil change and tire rotation. We’ve successfully bought 2 used cars from Dan Foster and Lexus of Naperville. Dan knows the dealership’s inventory and offered useful product information that helped us make this important buying decision. He gave us space and let us choose without being overbearing. When we had questions he was accessible with good answers. The dealership was busy, Dan had other customers, and we did have to wait over 2 hours to close but we understood and remained patient. I’d recommend someone in the Dealership’s service department or management to come by and try to make us more comfortable (direct us on the dealership’s amenities), give timetables and/or updates while we waited to close with Dan. However, when we wondered a bit, we found the dealership to be clean and comfortable with a good library of magazines plus drinks and snacks. Once we finalized the details of the car to purchase, Dan made a fair deal.
When you’re looking to buy a car, we’d highly recommend Dan Foster and Lexus of Naperville for an overall great car buying experience.
