We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, wheel rebalance and an alignment costing over a $1000 and instead they indicated they thought the problem was an imbalance in the tire air pressures and that those other things were not needed at this time. They charged us nothing for their time. They have done this before as well. We have taken the vehicle to one place and they gave us a quote for over a $1000 of work and we took it to Haggerty and they said you just need to replace one of those parts and it was $300.

Brought my 2014 Explorer in for recall service the night before my 8:30am appt. Later that same day I got a call from Oscar (service advisor?) Told me they found 2 leaks and mentioned the water pump. Same guy that tried to sell me on fixing a window issue that I don't have as I dropped it off. Anyway, I told him to continue with the recall service. He tried to sell me on fixing the leaks saying he could save me money because they already had a cover removed? I refused and said call me when the recall work is done. I picked it up at about 4pm the next day. I drove it straight over to my independant vehicle tech. I've be working with this business for almost 25 years. Needless to say... NO LEAKS FOUND. Internally or externally.

I had a very bad experience with river view Ford Fredericton as I used to store my tiers in their storage every season for monthly fees , however when I get the tiers I find many problems with them after change I told them my tires where in great condition when I stored them while some people advised me not to store there because they changing the tires and give the customer used tiers in bad condition!!!! What happened with me this season made me trusting that as I replaced the summer tiers with the winter ones a week ago then I heard loud voice on the road as I’m going to my work on highway when I back to Ford to check what is the problem they told my that my tires are run out and not good for road!!!!! Why you didn’t say that before you install them last week?! How you gave me the car to drive while the tiers in bad condition?!!!how you put my life in danger?!!!

One of the most shadiest dealerships in Illinois they will swindle you. I was interested in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Hopkins Ford. But I kept receiving emails from salesman Jack Ferronasking when do I want to take delivery of the vehicle. It has been clean and inspected. Two weeks later I started receiving more emails from salesman Jack Ferron, advertising new vehicles I told Jack I wasn't interested in a new vehicle. Jack Ferron exact words were: (The Mazda you're interested in is going to auction. The vehicle requires a significant amount of mechanical work and is not safe to be sold). so what you saying if I would have purchased the vehicle 2 weeks ago, I would have been stuck with an unsafe vehicle with mechanical issues. He was very rude and arrogant. My question is why are they advertising vehicles that have not been inspected properly. I even received a message from the owner of the dealership and he stand by his rude employee. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from this Shady dealership make sure you get a written 14-day warranty. cuz I can guarantee the only thing they do with their pre-owned trade-in vehicles is wash and vacuuming them. Not even a basic oil change BEWARE: if you want to be talked and treated like your nothing then salesmen Jack Ferron is the right salesman. Just read the Yelp reviews.

I drove over 100 miles to buy a Certified 2019 Ford Escape at Al Piemonte Ford. Before I arrived, I called and received a price of $23,500 from Jose who answered the phone. When the paper work was being completed the price was the full listed price of $24,977. After several minutes of negotiations, the manager would only take $100 off the full listing price. That was a joke. I offered $24,200 as a compromise and the manager refused, would not even take $700 off. I was ready to write a check and drive it home. Also, the car was missing the rear floor mats and the second key fob, which is $375 to get a new one. The car was supposed to be Ford certified. The manager said the certification costs $2,000, when I know it only cost $500. He said his employees were union employees and he had to pay them a high salary. When I left, I called Uftring Ford in East Peoria, received a great price on a 2019 Ford Escape, and they honored their verbal price. This car was less expensive and had more options. I bought the car and drove it home same day.

I walked in to look at a vehicle and literally three salesmen came up at that the same time just circling me. Let me look at the car and not just stare at me.
