Just picked up my Explorer after having it there for a recall. Started driving down the road and could hear air, my window had been left open about an inch all night. Called the service manager to see how that happened (my windows were frozen when I dropped it off so I know my windows were shut all the way), he had no explanation for me. I asked what they were going to do to make up for it....was told I could get a free oil change (told him that's not good enough I already have 8 of those from our purchases there). Told him I want it detailed, he immediately refused because that's a $200 service. They don't take care of their customers after they get their money from the sale. This isn't our first bad experience with them, but it will be the last. I won't buy another vehicle from them ever again!

We recently took our 2004 E-350 12 passenger van to Haggerty with some handling issues and they could have told us we needed new shock absorbers, wheel rebalance and an alignment costing over a $1000 and instead they indicated they thought the problem was an imbalance in the tire air pressures and that those other things were not needed at this time. They charged us nothing for their time. They have done this before as well. We have taken the vehicle to one place and they gave us a quote for over a $1000 of work and we took it to Haggerty and they said you just need to replace one of those parts and it was $300.

Patrick Gollhofer was very prompt in answering my inquiry and subsequent questions concerning the used 2015 Chevy Express 3500 12-passenger van I was interested in. We made an appointment for a test drive on the same day. Patrick had the van completely prepped and ready for us when we arrived. I had done my research before arriving, so I knew the price was fair, I knew the service history on it and that the van had never been in an accident. But Patrick also had that information ready and went over it with me. Along with a complete "once over" and detailing, Deery had put four brand new tires on the van as well as new brakes. To my surprise, Patrick also went over the 6-month warranty with me. I had never heard of more than a 30-day warranty on a used vehicle. We walked in the door shortly after 4:00 p.m. and were on the road with the van before 5:30! Granted that we did not have a trade and we paid cash, but it was still a very quick and smooth transaction with no pressure! I can honestly say that Patrick, and Deery, seem to care about their customers.

3 weeks ago come Monday. Went to Manley’s Belvidere Ford Lincoln Monday after work cause I saw online a 2020 Ford Fusion SE with 5000 miles for sale. Vehicle was actually at a sister lot but Jacob the salesman I was working with sat down and said let’s see what we can work out.
It was nice for the mere fact that he wasn’t trying to steer me away from looking at other cars when I came in for a specific kind. I’ve always wanted a Ford Fusion and I did my research before going. Jacob asked me did I ever think of getting a new one my response was I won’t be able to be the last of credit and some other factors.
There was a 2020 Ford Fusion with 13 miles that he pulled aside and told me to go take it for a drive.
I came back and was like this is the one so with the hard work Jacob and Hannah did wonders cause I was approved. Dillion I believe I spelt that correctly helped me through the paper working signing process. I went home with a brand new car.
Couple days later I came back to the service department and Janet the service advisor that I spoke to took care of getting my vehicle in for the package to be applied and getting me the loaner for the day.
All in all I had a great experience at Manleys Belvidere Ford Lincoln being a first time car buyer. Keep up the awesome work.

Where do we even begin?!?! We were led to Les Mack by my father in law, who had been looking for a new truck for around 6 months. He had gone to a large majority of dealerships, and was not happy with either the truck, the service, or both. He made the 1.5 hour drive from their home to Lancaster, and as soon as they stepped on the lot and were greeted, they knew this trip would be the one. They initially bought a used 2017 Silverado. Absolutely loved it. They signed the paperwork on a Tuesday, and were set to pick it up on Saturday. Well, Wednesday my father in law had gotten a call from another dealer, with a very competitive and enticing offer. He called up Gary Whittaker immediately and told him the situation. Gary worked his magic, and was able to get my father in law an even better deal on a BRAND NEW SILVERADO. They made some changes, Gary worked even more magic, and traded the paperwork in on the 2017, and walked away with the 2019! The truck of his dreams! Gary spent so much time with them to make sure that they understood every aspect of their new vehicle (which was no easy task) and was just an absolute JOY! My husband had gone with his dad to pick up his new truck and got to talking with the Sales Manager Brian, and explained to him that my husband was looking to purchase me a new truck for my birthday. I had a VERY specific F150 that I was looking for. We had given up on buying right now, because we were just not able to find it. My husband took Gary’s number, and they remained in contact over the next couple of days. And Gary called my husband with the best news! Brian and Gary worked their magic AGAIN, and were able to locate my DREAM TRUCK! My husband was so impressed with these two, and their dedication to us, and finding exactly what we wanted! We ended up buying ourselves a brand new Ford F-150 just one week after my husband’s father bought his Silverado. We picked up my truck just before my birthday, and to my surprise, my husband had a bouquet of flowers waiting for me in the truck all with the help of Gary! He went out of his way, and above and beyond for our entire (difficult, and picky) family and we are so grateful for him! And Brian too! My first time at the dealership was great. They had the truck i wanted at a good fair price. the couple of issues i had with the truck were taken care of as promised. I found that to be unusual in itself. The owner as well as Dewey the salesman could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this dealership over any other of the larger ones. At Ron Alpin Ford I didn't feel like i was being held captive trying to get my keys back so I could leave. You know what I'm talking about. The high pressure salesman trying to wear you down so you give up and say yes I'll take it. From start to finish it was a refreshing experience. I am a customer for life.

Never need to worry about being taken advantage of. Great service at a fair price every time.
