Fantastic experience! Luigi and Bob did an excellent job putting this deal together quickly. I feel like I got a great price. When they realized this vehicle didn’t have remote start as listed on CarGurus, they put it on before I picked it up. They worked with me when there was a slight issue with the trade in title as well.
The man that helped with the financing was wonderful as well but he isn’t one of the guys listed.
I think many times, women would be intimidated doing this on their own. This was not the case at all for me!

Was referred to Zimbrick by a family member. She told me they were a reputable dealer. Bought a used vehicle with no visual rust or corrosion problems. The car fax and dealers inspection listed no corrosion issues. Six months down the road with an extended warranty I take it in for a check engine light let them know the things that have been going on with the vehicle. It was down shifting for no reason and had been doing so sporadically since I bought it. They had to take some covers off and find corrosion on a wire to the transmission. Come to find out not covered by my extended warranty even tho they sold it to me in that condition. Instead of working with me I get a 350$ bill that I don’t believe they should have charged or at least split with me. This will be the first and only vehicle I will buy from Zimbrick. I recommend to anyone buying a vehicle from any dealer to have them do a corrosion check and sign off that you will not be charged if they sell you a vehicle that ends up having any. It was a Jetta that for its first 4-5 years was a Florida car. Wasn’t continually in Wisconsin till 2016 and had less than 100,000 miles on it when I bought it. Hard to think you’d have corrosion issues with that amount of miles.

After just purchasing a new vehicle from them you would think they would want to keep customers coming back. Clearly the service advisor has little knowledge of dealership dynamics in that Sales sells the first vehicle and Service sells the second. Although this wasn't my first or second vehicle from them it may be my last.

I went in to possibly buy a new car from Woody Buick. Tony was very nice and helpful at first. We took the car out for a spin and I decided to see if we could make a deal. That was my biggest mistake. My car trade in value appraised for 19K through Kelly. They only wanted to give me 16K. I said no deal and was ready to walk. Then he went in to talk to the finance department to see if they could give me a better deal. So eureka, they came up to 18K, which was better, but I was still not completely satisfied. I stated that I needed to sleep on it and work the numbers at home before I decided to sign. I get home and an hour later, I get a call from him stating that they can give me 19K after all and to give him a call back. Thank god I didn't sign anything. After looking at the worksheet he provided, which had all fees, taxes, and interest rate listed, did not agree to the payment schedules that were listed. The end result is it was higher by 3K. He was trying to tell me that I wasn't taking the fees and taxes into consideration. I stated that I was. So the end result is they were trying to bury the 3K somewhere in the transaction and were trying to blindside me. I also had a few other people work the numbers, who are in accounting, and they came up to the same thing. If you want to buy from an honest dealership, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Recently purchased a 2017 Trax with Jarred K. He took the time to listen to my concerns and really strive to be a excellent sales guy. Our first encounter he wasn't pushy or trying to give the sales speech. Later on that day he called me regarding a trade in value for the vehicle I use to have. Surprisingly they gave me another $500. I liked that he took the incentive to go above customers expectations.
I did have some minor hiccups with the auto body shop but, overall the end result was the icing on the cake that will make me recommend to friends and family. Thank you!
