As a single woman I usually cringe at the thought of going to a dealership. My experience with Gerald Kia has changed my mind on that. I was treated with respect the minute I walked in. I didn’t get the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me. I looked at many cars and I was never once rushed or made to feel like I should hurry up and make a decision. When it came to financing Anthony, the General Manager, was AMAZING! He is genuinely a nice person. He didn’t pressure me or push something I couldn't afford . He took the time to listen to me about how much I wanted to spend and what I wanted my payment to be. He made it happen and I couldn’t be happier! Told me they were selling me a type s but it turned out to be an lx (difference is safety features that are not visible). they left the body type blank on the contract.
I was told we'd do a walkaround checklist when they delivered it but that didn't happen. also found my supposedly new car had hail damage, 550 miles and other signs of previous use.

Calls to sales mgr. Lucas Legrand have been unanswered and msgs not returned. Talked repeatedly to salesman Matthew Dirks whose only response was that he would have Lucas call me which hasn't happened.

I will say that Cindy was nice and polite however she did question my knowledge of the release date of the 2021 Kia Stinger as if I did not do any research on the car and tried to use it as leverage for me to purchase the car. I was looking for a Kia Stinger GT1, the dealership stated that they would find one for me. However they were not able to, Cindy stated that the reason they were not able to find a Stinger was because there were not many on the market. Which was true there weren't many, but she tried to tell me the reason why there weren't many was because 2020 was the last year of the Kia Stinger and there wouldn't be a 2021. She told me this 1 week after Kia just announced the 2021 Stinger and it would be sold at the end of Q3. I told Cindy about the announcement and she stated that it was just a concept car and that the car wouldn't be sold. (Why would Kia tell consumers that the car will be sold, but their employee that it's a concept car and wouldn't make it to the market?) Other dealers never told me 2020 was the last year, only her. They never called me back after I told her about the production of the 2021 Stinger and now it's September and 2021 Stingers are on the market. Please do some researching before you lie 😂

We purchased a Telluride in the beginning of March. After doing a lot of research and visiting multiple dealers we were on our way to purchase a different car from a dealer in the area. I had my heart set on a Telluride and Napleton had the model and color of my choice. We decided, lets stop and see what happens. We were greeted by Sheila Nieves who was very sweet and professional. We explained what we were looking for and the price we would pay. After a few conversations within 20 minutes we agreed on a price and we purchased the car. We were out of the dealership within 2 hours. Sheila really made us feel comfortable and at easy with the whole process. I would definite recommend Sheila and this dealership.

Classic bait and switch ... Today we went to test drive a Kia Telluride. The sticker price and price on the website is $50215. We liked the vehicle and were prepared to take it home. When we asked about leasing vs financing vs paying cash, the salesman needed to “ask his manager”. He came back and explained that, due to high demand, this vehicle is selling for $65595 but he was willing to give us a “deal” and let us have it for $59500. When we advised him we would not pay a penny over MSRP he went and got his manager who explained he could sell it to somebody else today for that price. We told him to go for it. What a waste of time!

Worst car buying experience. I was there for over 5 hours and still dealing with the after mat of buying Nissan from them. They have yet to register my car with the state. Therefore, I have now own a car that is useless because it cannot be legal driven without a current plate I paid for at the dealership. The salesman was horrible at the time of the purchase and tried to sale me an suv I had already said no to because it was scratched all over the place, when it was supposed to be new. Steve, Ricardo, and Jared were the worst people to deal with. Would never return or recommend. I am now having to sue this dealership.

We had been looking at the Kia Sorento for a while but dreaded going in to deal with another horrible sales experience. I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Ted Raines and he was awesome! No pressure, knew his stuff and Mike Miller also made a point to introduce himself and welcome us. Derek in the finance office was also fabulous.
