This is a great service department. I recently had an sudden and unfortunate engine replacement, covered under my Hyundai warranty. Due to a number of factors the job took 69 days to complete. Jesse, my service advisor, was straightforward the entire time, keeping me in the loop, being upfront about the long timelines and why, helping to arrange long-term rentals, and generally making a 10 week process easier than it might have been. All I ever ask from a service department is to tell me exactly what's going on and to do honest work and Napleton excels on both. Jesse and the service team are great and I am happy they got me back on the road.
