I had a somewhat unique situation. I walked in heavily upside down in a loan with a virtually non-function vehicle. Went to Adams Toyota and they wouldn’t give me the time of the day. Left and went to DSF and was met by Henry Pulliam in the lot. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. He asked me a few questions to gauge the right fit for me and led me straight to the perfect vehicle to suit my needs and desires. He was honest and respectful. If he didn’t know an answer to a question he said so and then found the answer. He was never pushy or forceful. My experience involved two visits over a three day period and Henry remained patient and helpful. He was thorough, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with.
The GM was not too keen on my trade in and what they had initially valued it at and tried to reduce the offer. Corey (another manager) stepped in and pushed for a reasonable compromise that left both parties happy. Jessie (Business Manager) handled the closing and can best be described as pleasant and efficient. He was a straight shooter and didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t need. I asked for an extended warranty and he was transparent and honest through the whole process. He even got my sales tax rolled into the loan. I left the dealership happy and grateful.
Even the young lady at the front desk was personable and made small talk with my wife and entertained my kids while Corey and I negotiated the final details.
All in all I can tell you one thing for certain... The next time I find myself in the market for a vehicle I’ll just skip all the BS, browsing other dealerships,or surfing online ads and just call Henry.

Wes K is hands down the best person I’ve ever had dealings with - at ANY dealership or service shop. He is very personable and respectful. I truly feel he went way above and beyond for my sake. I came in for tire repair and we discovered the wheel was cracked. He took care of every aspect of dealing with the tire& wheel warranty-thingy I had bought and when the replacement wheel arrived he called me to discuss getting a second replacement since he was dissatisfied with the new wheel -he sent me photos of pre-existing damage. He set me up with the replacement wheel for a week until the second replacement arrived and then set me up with that one. On my initial visit to the dealership I had a rock fly at me and chip the windshield - what luck! I inquired about having it fixed as well and Wes was able to get me an appointment with their in-house window guy the same day I was already coming in to get the wheel replaced. Wes really went out of his way to make me feel like I was truly an important customer and not just the next number in line. Truly a great experience!!!!

In a year time, we didn't skip oil change or regular service of the vehicle. not long after its last check at the very same metro ford service, the check engine light flashed! we took it back immediately and couldn't even get proper feedback about what's going on for days! after long waits, multiple call attempts, and horrible customer service we finally learned that the car has an oil leak and needs an engine change. now we had to pay thousands of dollars to fix it. have money to throw away to buy crap cars and badly treated after spent your hardly-earned money? go check their inventory. no, I would not recommend this dealer at all.

I am an out-of-state buyer and Brandon went out of his way to take detailed videos of the interior and exterior of the car and even took a video of a test drive so I could see the alignment. He was more than willing to help, prompt, and responsive. He was able to help me negotiate a price that worked for me and helped to set up delivery. After the test drive I told the sales person that I would like to buy( I didn't haggle price), but she came back with a final quote of over $1000 more than the sticker price with admin fees. What admin fees can they have for a cash sale? It was false advertising and very dishonest.

Waste of time. If you don't have a check engine light and or DTC's they can't help you. They are point and click mechanics. Let them keep my truck since I have another vehicle to drive for 9 weeks. Never did fix, tear down, nor precisely diagnose which is why my ext service agreement company would not agree to pay. The dealership would not say with absolute certainty what is wrong with my truck. You know why (because there are no engine codes). They can't do anything without a computer. I also asked them to check out my rear parking brakes. They said my brakes needed new parking brake shoes on both sides. Their quote with supplies labor, taxes, etc... $550!!!! To change out four brake shoes (two on each side). Unless your vehicle is still under a factory warranty don't bother going here. Not too mention after 9 weeks of delays and being lied to. And that was only if I called in to them. I did not get updates on what was happening unless I contacted them first. Eventually the manager I was talking to said something to me about purchasing my truck and give him until noon the next day to get back with me. Did I hear back? Nope! No communication back from him. Not even a no were not going to be able to buy your truck, nothing. Worthless!

Our vehicle was there for THREE weeks. We would call to ask about progress and several times we got an answer of 'we don't have any record of your vehicle being here.' Then we would get a call back later in the day to tell us that they were waiting on the mechanic or ordering a part. On Friday, September 29th we called to ask about the status of our vehicle. We again got the response that they had no record of our vehicle being in the shop. We were told Mike would have to call us back. We made plans to get a car dolly and tow our vehicle to another dealer because we had no confidence that our vehicle would ever be fixed. Then about 4:30 that afternoon Mike called back to tell us that our vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. We understand that the service department was very busy but there was not an excuse for 'having no record of our vehicle'. We are looking to purchase a new vehicle and we had considered looking at Beckman Motors, but that will no longer be a consideration.

This was my first experience with this dealer. I was greeted by a sales consultant almost immediately. I told him I had done my homework and wanted to test drive a specific preowned vehicle, which he arranged in no time. Upon my return, we started the negotiations and was very pleased by his low-pressure attitude and willingness to work with me. He lowered the price on a vehicle that was already a bargain, authorized brake work my mechanic had recommended be done before I bought, searched for little extras I asked for. Had the car paid for, brake work done and title in hand within four hours of walking onto lot. Seemingly honest, very efficient and helpful.
