Yesterday I brought my Chevy Traverse in for an oil change. I was reminded (again) that I needed the transmission fluid changed (because it hasn't every been done). Then your service guy answered my problem on the shimmying... I needed two new tires.

STAY AWAY. The service center lost the connector for my Husky floormats (179.00) and then said they vacuumed my car, (they didn't) so no reason they should have ever removed it. THEN, they tell my husband our tires didn't need to be rotated that they were new, but charged us for it. As if that wasn't enough... they marked that they did a "world class inspection" and that brakes and all were in good shape and 24 hours later my breaks are squealing every time I hit the break. No one knows the meaning if accountability. Managers are like unicorns, you never see one and the CS person Paul literally said yeah, yeah, yeah Ill have my manager call you. DO NOT WALK, RUN AWAY!
