Customer service is alive and well at Caldwell Toyota in Conway, AR! Service manager, Adam Lamb, went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was taken care of to meet our satisfaction. We had a problem w/ our two front doors retaining water. He went out of his way to correct this. He was polite, courteous, and very sympathetic to our distress of this problem. His main goal was to fix our new Rav 4 Adventure and make us happy customers! He couldn't have been more helpful! We will definitely remain customers of Caldwell Toyota. It is so nice to have a manager who genuinely cares!

I could have purchased the same vehicle For $6,000 less... - KO
I could have purchased the same vehicle For $6,000 less than what I was being (over) charged at Orr. I ended up purchasing a vehicle at different dealership with a totally different and wonderful experience. The unprofessional and dismissive Finance person at Orr Toyota in Hot Springs answered every one of my questions with a demeaning tone and flippant answer rather than being professional and answering my questions appropriately. When asking about certain specifics about the transaction, he told me I couldn’t get a better finance rate than what I received- this was false as I received a better finance rate from the other dealership. I learned later that he would not attempt to find me a better rate because he was profiting from that specific lender. I know this because the new dealership explained this to me. My credit score is excellent so this would have not been a problem. This man did not hesitate to ask me several times for the down payment, stating “Bring me that cashier’s check ASAP” multiple times. I was rushed to sign without explanation and rushed out.
The car salesman, although very friendly, played the part well when he kept going to his sales manager and coming back to me by saying “You can’t get a better deal anywhere.” And “I can’t believe he made this happen.” I guess this showmanship is just part of the job. (To reiterate- the same car was actually being sold for much much less at the dealership it was located and Orr Toyota told me they “Didn’t know what the car looked like” because they didn’t want to reveal the actual, lower price. I found the car online. ) They also failed to find me what I wanted with my specific requests when the new dealership had no problems finding my vehicle and making calls to get my vehicle.
Beware- unfortunately being a woman and making a good income is reason for these people to take advantage of you. I’ve never experienced this in any of my 4 car buying experiences. I beg everyone not to purchase from this particular dealership. My experience at Orr Searcy was much different so I don’t want to badmouth the Orr name completely. Orr Toyota in Hot Springs, AR is extremely dishonest and has a blatant disregard for honest, hardworking customers. They will lie to you and do the least work for the most profit off of you. It’s extremely disheartening businesses and people like these exist. No integrity whatsoever. That is truly embarrassing for them.
I know everyone has their own experiences and I hate it for the people who are hardworking and honest, but IT IS POSSIBLE to get a better deal on your car somewhere else. Certain people just won’t try and will hide details about your potential vehicle so they can make a huge profit off you- they are pretty much making you look like an ignorant fool and the finance guy will treat you like one too. Just my opinion though and I truly believe there is nothing they can say to defend their poor practices.
Brought my Toyota Camry in on the 3rd of February due to... - hueysheltonjr
Brought my Toyota Camry in on the 3rd of February due to an oil leak. Was told that it was leaking in 2 areas but they had the parts to fix it. After 8 hours my car was done and I was told no more leaks.
The next day there was oil on my garage floor. Since then 33 days have pass and I have added 7 quarts to my car.
It cost me $498 plus dollars for nothing.
Second poor service center work - Trotter has lost it
I took my Prius in for service two months ago and they didn't reassemble the interior panels after the work was done. I had to do that myself.
I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation this week. They put too much oil in and it percolated out the dip stick. I asked for 40 psi in the tires and they gave it back with 28 psi. I had to take the car to a different dealer to get the work done right.
These people are dangerous. I won't be back.
