Our 2016 Sprinter motorhome was subject to the Mercedes diesel emission recall. It is a 3 1/2 hour drive for us to go to Bentonville and previous air bag recalls had not been very positive experiences. And there are stories on the internet that this recall is taking over two weeks. But we were fortunate. Service Manager Patrick took care of all the details of the recall and got everything accomplished in just three days. And the motor home drives as great as always and fuel economy remains 15-16 mpg.

Brought my Toyota Camry in on the 3rd of February due to an oil leak. Was told that it was leaking in 2 areas but they had the parts to fix it. After 8 hours my car was done and I was told no more leaks.
The next day there was oil on my garage floor. Since then 33 days have pass and I have added 7 quarts to my car.
It cost me $498 plus dollars for nothing.

January 15, My wife and I purchased a 2018 Sonata Limited with 10,000 miles from out of state. Tommy Byers, Salesperson, and Brandon Smith, General Manager were wonderful to work and everything went as planned. The delivery drivers were courteous. I signed the paperwork and then they handed me one key. I asked for the second key. I have never witnessed anyone move so fast while saying “God bless you and your family” over and over. My wife phoned Tommy and asked him for the key. He blamed his client who turned in the car. So, it is their fault? We inquired one more time and then again to Brandon. After 24 hours without a response, we posted this one-star rating. A key could have made it a five star. Disappointing…

I’ve met a lot of salesmen and I’ve had good experiences at most places that I’ve been. However, nothing compares to the service I got at McLarty Honda. From the moment I walked in I was greeted at the door and nobody was pushy. Caleb was my salesman and went above and beyond. He was very friendly, got me what I wanted, and the process was quick. When I went to sign the papers the finance guy went above and beyond to continue to get me the best deal. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place, but I do know I’ll be recommending them to everyone! This is now my go to place to buy a vehicle!
