Introduced to Homer Skelton Jeep when I needed recalled air bag replaced. A different dealership told me it would take all day (at least 6 hours) and never could nail down time it should be ready. Took it to Homer Skelton, dropped it off, and was given a loaner vehicle. By the time I made it to work had a text from Nate, giving me an easy way to communicate if I had any questions or needed anything else. 2 hours and 15 minutes after dropping Jeep off got another text saying it was ready. I also received a phone call to make sure I knew. Can’t ask for better customer service - and unbelievably everyone was pleasant to talk to.
Last week had to replace the Jeeps battery. Talked to service on phone about issue, and brought battery in. Guy at parts desk took care of things, and I had battery in hand, paid, and was out the door in 7 minutes.
Next time I have an issue with my Jeep, will be heading back to Homer Skelton (instead of the closer Jeep dealership). Finding good customer service is hard, and Homer Skelton does a great job.

Took my 2015 RAM 1500 in for steering issues they check it out figure out what it was and call me its covered under extended warranty. So I have a $100 deductible ask about front end alignment was told $45 so I think ok 145 plus tax should not be over $160 so tell them to go ahead and do it. 5 days later they are done and call me telling me its $200 because you have $100 deductible $59 alignment $30 shop fee then tax. Wait shouldn't warranty cover shop fees and I was told 45 for alignment. Told no they dont cover the shop fee and later found out they do. Larry Hillis has went way down hill.

New to the area so this was my first time to use the Collierville Jeep service department. Very friendly and professional young man greeted me as I pulled up. He asked all the appropriate questions. My Jeep was serviced (oil change and tire rotation) in just over an hour. Job well done!

I reached out to a salesman for some information on a truck on their lot. He was really helpful in giving me the details on the truck. I ended up going to check the truck out and wanted to buy it. BJ was awesome, very polite, very respectable and enthusiastic. The paperwork was the fastest I’ve ever done in my life and I have bought 10 vehicles in 11 years. we bought a pre-owned certified car from this dealer 29 days ago. started making noise when stopping. took it to a mechanic to see whats wrong. it needs breaks. called this dealer to let them know that they missed that it needs breaks when they did their pre-owned certified inspection. they said there's nothing they can do and that we waited to long to tell them. and they would look at it for a fee. very rude sales manager. I do not recommend buying a car from here. I was going to buy another truck from them in a few months. not anymore I'll be taking my money to a more professional and diligent dealership. that care about the safety of their customers.

I traded my 2014 Ford F-250 for 2020 Ram 3500 Limited. Tina was my salesperson and did a wonderful job. She got me the lowest price and the best trad-in price for my truck. I searched all over Arkansas and went down to Houston,TX to see if I could get a better deal. Red River Dodge blew them all out of the water. We are not talking about a few hundred dollars we are talking thousands of dollars. This was my first Dodge. They did such a great job I even had my daughter buy one of their used vehicles the same day.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY AND WE NEVER GOT THE CAR.
We sent them a check for the vehicle, and they refused to give us our car because the check we sent them was from our old company, but they cashed it anyway and refused to give us the car or the money, now we are going through this whole legal system with them. Such a nightmare.

The service department is award winning. Every third Tuesday of the month, a Service Clinic is offered where all employees assist with customer questions regarding their new vehicle purchase. They also offer a light dinner the same night.

Very unhappy with the dealership. Purchased several cars from them including a new one a few years back. My son bought me a used car from in December. It’s been setting for 5 months. Put less than 1000 miles on it and transmission is making a noise. The sales manager said nothing they can do. We were told by the salesman we would be taken care of. Yes we signed as is but I would think the dealership would help you out if you got bad car. I think they knew it when it was sold. I won’t be purchasing any other car from them and I will tell my friends too.

Gene Miller helped me locate the color and options I wanted on this model. He had a driver promptly retrieve the car from Chicago area. I was satisfied with the pricing and deal. He aided in quick financing and trade in.. although I wound up letting my niece buy my trade in.
