I told the service dpt before I showed up what the problem was and I told them the check engine light came on and off because it is being triggered by an o2 sensor I was told to bring it in at 8 am Monday which I did for them to fix it I live 50 miles away I brought it in they pulled the code it left showing that it was an 02 sensor but because the check engine light had went out they would not fix it even though they know it's going to kick the light on again so I wasted my time and fuel for a simple fix that they would not fix I bought the truck there new 7 months ago and I should not have to drive a new truck with the check engine light on come on fowler it's a simple fix and should have been a no brainer to fix. I can say that my next new ford I buy will be at a dealership that will fix what they sell.

Had oil changed on Wednesday, I think, and scheduled the brake work for Thursday. Dealership was kind enough to deliver vehicle to my work site.
When I took the car out Friday morning, I was a bit unnerved to find a lug nut on the floor of my garage. I checked all the lug nuts on the vehicle, and they seemed to be fine. The service manager checked with the technician, who said a nut was missing when the car came in.
My guess is the nut was loose from the tire rotation two days earlier and came off sometime between the oil change and the brake job.

When I bought my new pickup in May, the code was lost to unlock it. So the salesman said they put a temp code in and when I brought it in for the first oil change they would enter a code I wanted. When I did that I was told no, I had to make an appointment in the service area. So I called the service area and got an appointment to take it back to the fast lane again. When I arrived to pick my truck up, I was told they had retrieved the master code and started explaining how I could now get my owners manual out and change the code myself. However they decided they would do that for me. Then when I started to pay my bill, they had added $35 to my bill for this service. Which I complained about and they took it off.
Bottom line is the left hand didn't seem to know what the right hand was doing. I wasn't the one that caused this problem.

I bought my jeep from Jerry rivas at superior Ford in siloam springs, I drove it 3000 miles and it broke down on my in the road. You know why? It had no oil in it. 2017 jeep cherokee, 25000 miles. I took it to the dealership and they did nothing besides tell me to check the oil and said I won't even get a free oil change! Worst customer service and worst help I've ever seen. All they care about is selling you the car after that they aren't worried about you. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else! I had a vehicle through Gregg or Honda and they were absolutely wonderful 2 years and zero issues!

Freaking terrible service. First Amber from service is a xxxxx and doesn't seem to like her job just plain rude. Second, I came from out of town on 1/22- 1/25, stayed an extra day bc I didn't feel safe driving 4 hours home. My rotars were hot to the touch and the brakes were giving off a terrible smell. Told them the smell started when I got new breaks almost 3 weeks prior. They kept my car all day just to tell me nothing is wrong with the car. So I drive home 4 hours away. Fast forward to 2/7 I drive to a friend's house which is 12 miles down the road and I get out to my brakes SMOKING!!!. I have video of it. So I take it to my FORD dealership and they found my brakes were installed INCORRECTLY. And caused damage to the brakes along with the rotars. How in the world does COGSWELL not check my brakes like I asked them to. Instead of DOING THEIR JOB. They decide to slack off and just drive my car down the road to DETERMINE my car didn't have anything wrong with it. When IN FACT something was wrong! When it comes to brakes yall should be more observant and get qualified xxxxing people working there. I'm glad i made it home safely with my 2 girls. Y'all should not even have these doors open. What a shame and disgrace this place is. I will never be back. And I will let everyone know about what yall did. 🖕

I called to verify if a vehicle I saw on CarGurus was available. While on the phone I asked if the price listed on the app was correct at 32,989 and all of the details. Overnight the price was raised 1k and I called again before leaving from Noble and making the 2 hour drive to the car lot. I talked to the manager Otis to see if they would uphold the price listed when I made my appointment and came to a agreement. Upon arrival the salesman named Mike Kennedy informed me the the real price of the vehicle is 39,989 and that there was no way possible to bring the price down to the price it was listed when I made my appointment. So in turn if you find a great deal for a vehicle you’ve been looking for and make the trip it’s on you. They show that they have absolutely ZERO remorse in telling you a price and then changing it. This car lot is full of crooks and swindlers.
