An automobile accident that totaled our 2013 Sonata required us to find a replacement quickly. We were able to find a 2019 Sonata at your dealership which fits our needs and Lou Margetis was extremely helpful in explaining the features of the new model. We love Hyundai Sonatas and was determined to replace our wrecked one with a new one. Lou explained the technology upgrades, allowed us an ample test drive and made the entire experience very pleasant.
Danny Grady was equally helpful in assisting us to navigate the financing paperwork and contract requirements.
The entire buying experience was unstressful and quite pleasant.

I actually spent most of my time in the customer lounge as I waited for my car maintenance to be completed. I found it to be very clean and it had good coffee, bottled water, donuts and fruit that was fresh. It was a very pleasant experience, I only waited for an hour and 40 minutes and I was ready to go.

What a crap experience, first they tricked me to buy their "care" packages which is completely useless. I was a first time buyer and they xxxxx me good. Now after a few months of dealing with them on warranty issues(lemon car) I will NEVER SET MY FOOT IN A DEALERSHIP WITH THE Huffines name on it ever again. In addition I will let anyone I know buying cars to stay away from Huffines. Good thing these stealerships are slowly going out of business as carvanas and similar non traditional dealerships are popping up everywhere.

So much for valuing a repeat customer.
I went to Eckert Hyundai today to get a car for my daughter. I bought my own car there and had such a fantastic experience with Dave that I came back.
Today I wound up working with Joshua, who seemed a nice friendly young man at first. The problem is, a while later even after he learned I’ve worked in the car business before, he openly admitted to me he was using high pressure sales tactics when I mentioned to him that I was aware of the games he was playing. When I asked nicely if he would please stop, he actually laughed because to him it was funny making me wait long periods of time and ignoring direct questions I was asking him. If I had a nickel for every time I would ask a direct question and he would come back with “YOU tell ME”...ugh
Anyway, I wound up leaving. I finally got tired of Josh disappearing on me and got in my car to leave. He magically appeared when I was getting my GPS dialed in, but I wasn’t willing to wait on another disappearing act to see if he would get an actual answer to my previous direct question relating to a whole $400.
In the end, that $400 (plus me getting tired of him disappearing) not only cost him today’s sale of a vehicle for my daughter, but also the sale of a new Genesis for me after the first of the year.
Do yourself a favor before shopping here and make sure you’re working with Dave. Or anyone other than Joshua. Dave won’t leave you for long periods of time and doesn’t treat you like you are a joke to him.
I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be sitting in another dealership right now if I had worked with Dave from the beginning.
Terrible Dealership!!! RUN ! - Hate this dealaeship 100%
Car (2017 chrysler 300c with 30,000). Purcahsed Nov. 26, 2018! Still as of (august 14, 2019) NO license Plates. No accountability. Phil Whartley sales manager rude /disrespectful. Services techs put the wrong transmission fluid in car. Caused radiator to overheat, had to be replaced by my insurance! Robert Spivey finance Guy- ran credit 10 times (even though I was pre approved through capital one ).. Won't answer phone. Car still not in the DMV files as a vehicle that exist in Texas because they haven't filed paperwork!!!!..have had to purchase 5 temp tags. Since purchase. Car was in shop for. First 4 months I had it!!!! Found out car was in a head on collision but they sold.it to me anyway.. Front end hanging off 3 days after purchase!!!
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
