I was looking to purchase a 2021 Kia Seltos EX for my widowed mother. I found one online at Peltier Kia. After speaking with the sales representative, I agreed to put a $3,000.00 deposit down as I live 4.5 hours away and would not be able to pick it up until the weekend after the upcoming weekend (11 days away). They ran my credit, agreed to the terms that was originally offered, and requested a copy of my Drivers License and current Proof of Insurance. I submitted everything requested and did not receive a response so the following day I reached out to the sales rep, who was a kind, helpful, and polite young man. He stated that his Sales Manager and General Manager would not allow him to hold the requested vehicle even with a deposit. I asked to speak with them and he agreed to have them call me. I first spoke with the Sales Manager who as I explained the situation seemed to understand why I couldn’t pick it up today due to the distance, but was willing to put down a deposit. In the background, I heard a man’s voice tell the Sales Manager to transfer me to him which he complied. The man who came on the phone identified himself as the General Manager at Peltier Kia. I am blown away that this man has been given any position of authority. He blatantly told me that he didn’t need to have customer service because I lived 4.5 hours away and would never do business with them again and I would have been “stealing” the vehicle from them. I am still in disbelief that this man is in charge of this business. I would never recommend this business due to this man’s rude, unprofessional behavior.

I was skeptical 🤨 about going into the dealership because I knew my credit wasn’t the best. Jesus made the entire process so seamless with NO pressure. Jesus and Sam even took my trade in and I still owed money on it. Then JJ the Finance Manager was AWESOME 👏🏾 as well. All 3 of those guys made my buying experience wonderful. I am still pinching myself. If you looking to buy another vehicle and think 🤔 you CAN NOT get out of your current auto situation? I’ve dealt with Kia on more than one occasion. I really tried my best to look past
the poor service I received in 2015 when I bought my 2016 Kia Forte. The salesman told me that he would turn in my tags on my trade. I guess he didn’t because a week later my trade had a new owner and guess what it still had the old tags. In 2020 I had an incident with my car and again same thing. I just feel like they never had intention on repairing my car just getting my money. I won’t buy another car or use them for any of my service needs.

Good afternoon sir, this is Kathy Fellows.
I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 on March25. I traded my 2016 Jeep Wrangler white, and your financial managers didn’t take care of it til April 10. I was receiving phone calls about late payment. Not only they send the wrong amount, but to the wrong address as well. Now there’s a balance that still hasn’t been paid which is the interest from the two weeks it took them to payoff the car. Not only is the vehicle already posted online, but I have not gotten a phone call from Jeremiah or Bryan. They are always busy with a customer or at a meeting, the receptionist has send them multiple emails about my call. And not once have they called me. It’s 3 months later and this situation hasn’t been taken care off. This is the worse customer service I have received. I have bought 3 vehicles and never had this issue. So sad of a dealership to have managers not return your call and avoid you.Please help, get this situation fixed, I am not paying for someone mistake and being Irresponsible.

I bought a used Dodge Durango from this dealership the beginning of December. They were ok on the front end when selling me this vehicle. But since the sale I would rate them much lower. I had followed up several times prior to January regarding my permanent license plates. And explained that I was not able to work as a ride share provider until I had permanent plates on my vehicle. And she assured me several times that they would contact me when the plates came in so I could go pick them up ASAP to get back to work. Hadn’t heard a peep outta her in couple weeks so I followed up again the first week in January to get status of my plates. Then she replies back telling me she spoke to the corporate office and they were going to move them to the front to assure I would get them in timely manner. It’s already been a month of them sitting on this paperwork and they haven’t even sent it in to the state for processing yet!!! This is ridiculously unprofessional and highly irritating to think ive been souring here a month with nothing being done and no income for me for no reason at all. Perhaps they have the luxury of letting months go by without any income but I do not. I do not appreciate being lied to, I cannot understand why they haven’t touched my file to get the paperwork sent off to the state, and I will not ever be sending any referrals to them. I would suggest anyone reading this go find a dealership with abit more professionalism and ability to follow thru with better service post sale. Thoroughly disappointed

By far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had trying to test drive and buy a car. The salesperson was extremely pushy. Did not listen to any of my wants or needs in the car that I wanted. The salesperson treated me as if I hadn’t done my research and didn’t know what I was talking about. I do not recommend Clay Cooley to anyone. Not to mention the mark-ups, but then they try to cover it up with their family coverage.
