From the moment I walked through the doors Chris was very accommodating and made me feel extremely comfortable. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know as a first time car buyer so that I was confident and satisfied with my purchase. Would highly recommend this dealership

Town North Mazda is a wonderful dealership. I've been taking my 2010 Mazda3 Hatchback there for service for 12 years. When I decided to purchase a new Mazda I went to them. They didn't have the particular model I wanted on the lot when I went but they got it in within 2 days. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I couldn't be happier with my 2021 Mazda CX-5 GTR! Thank you Town North Mazda!

I originally found the vehicle online and was astounded by the price! Great mileage on the car for the price! At first, I was just going to look at the car to consider options, and was set on getting a new Subaru instead of the used Crosstrek that I ended up purchasing. Michael was quick to email me and answer any of the questions I had, even if extended research was needed to help me! He easily guided me through the pros and cons of buying used compared to new and absolutely convinced me of the better option it was to buy my 2018 Subaru. Rodney literally turned his monitor around so that I could see every difference between each rate and how each option would affect that rate! I work in retail and complete transparency is very important to me. That is exactly what I received at Freeman Mazda! Michael even emailed me a few days later to make sure everything was still perfect with my new car. Excellent customer service, stellar prices, great cars!
Thank you so much, Freeman Mazda!
Great Experience - RS
Buying my 2016 KIA Sorento off the internet from John Musoga at Velocity Mazda in Tyler, Texas was without a doubt the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Not only was John honest with me from our first phone conversation, he exceeded my expectations throughout the transaction. As you can imagine, buying a car sight-unseen from 1,700 miles away requires a lot of trust. John thoroughly and accurately described the vehicle to me inside and out. A few days later, he picked me up at the airport, drove me to his dealership, gave me a much-needed water break, and then showed me my new car- perfectly detailed and filled with gas! After we completed the paperwork, he gave me the keys and driving directions back to my home in Nevada . I cannot say enough great things about this man and his work ethic. Thank you, John!

Good experience for the most part. The only complaint I have is the condition I always get my car back. They leave all their trash inside my car. (Trash bags and paper linings) And unplugged and tore off the wiring off of my dash cam. Very messy and unprofessional.

Took my 2017 Passat into the service department because it had a massive oil leak.
It needed a rear main seal. I was notified by the service manager "nick" that they had tried to fix my car, but were unable because the crankshaft was scored. He was very adamant that i needed a $10,000 dollar new engine because mine was "unfixable" and would not even entertain the idea that the technician had not performed the repair correctly.
I only paid them so I could pick up my car and take it elsewhere. When i picked up my car, the transmission was slipping badly!!
There was NO transmission issue when the car was dropped at Gorman McCracken. It was driven into the shop. The transmission had to be removed to attempt the engine repair.
I ended up trailering my car to a shop in Dallas, who not only fixed my "unfixable" engine, but found almost no fluid in my transmission. This whole debacle ended up costing me the $1200 i paid Gorman McCracken to NOT fix my car, $200 to trailer my car to another shop, $1300 to actually fix the original problem, and $1500 to fix the transmission problem that magically appeared when i picked up my car from Gorman McCracken.
I will never do business with these people again.
Do yourself a favor and skip these folks. If they will do this to me, they will do this to you!

I walked the lot for maybe 5 minutes. Nobody approached me to help me, so I left to find another Mazda dealer. I had my checkbook in hand, I was ready to do the deal.
