To be honest I gave Steve Glynn an absolute impossible task of finding a difficult vehicle to acquire (dealerships out 10-12 weeks). Ordering, receiving, and installing a laundry list of items that had most other dealerships saying "not a chance". In a time frame that made this ... almost impossible. Not only did he pull it off, he hit a homerun during the process. I purchased this vehicle sight unseen from 1200 miles away. It had EVERYTHING I had requested, it was done professionally and exceeded my expectations. Steve's communication throughout this process was second to none. It was by far the best experience I have ever encountered at any dealership I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase. This is the way all dealerships should be run, but good luck to any competitors. They'll have their hands full trying to keep up with this guy and this dealership. Purchased 2021 GMC 2500HD Denali and a mile long list of accessories.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who doesn’t have decent credit. They claim to be the #1 dealer who doesn’t say “no”. They get in there and run your credit. Then introduce to their buy here pay here program that they call fresh start with cars you don’t want. Sales people there are extremely young early 20’s and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!!

If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this information along to warn others. After a quick sale at HUGGINS MITSUBISHI, I informed management (w/in 24 hours of the sale) that I wasn't happy with the car. The 2011 Eclipse GS Sport is a rough ride and excessively noisy. The GM, Crystal Goldstein, indicated that I could trade out the car at HUGGINS HONDA. I chose a dependable 2012 Honda Civic EX-L that was actually $1K cheaper than the Eclipse (that should have been an indicator). Anyhow, instead of backing out the paperwork, they attempted to trade the car in. $24K quickly became $15K....how is that possible? Anyhow, I wanted to share this information so HUGGINS MITSUBISHI/HONDA doesn't take advantage of anyone else using their unethical tactics. I've already filed with the BBB on a pricing issue I experienced with them. STAY CLEAR OF HUGGINS!!!!!

Went in to get car checked for service engine light and trouble starting. Appointment was for 1 pm. Turns out that they only have ONE mechanic who can work on Mitsubishi's and he was M.I.A. until a little after 4 pm. During this wait we tried to call and complain to the manager of the Service Department, whom could also not be reached. Then we went to talk to a "sales" rep about getting a vehicle to drive home until ours got fixed. They said that they would let us borrow one until ours was fixed. The car they brought around was bone dry on gas and ALL 4 tires were low on tire pressure by 10 points or more. We went to tell them that the car was not suitable to drive off in the condition that they gave it to us and the rep did not care or apologize. Then I asked to speak with a manager, Jared Franklin, and explained what was wrong with the car to him. He did not care and got an attitude with us saying "you can take the car or just leave it and be stuck here." I told him to drop the attitude and he jumped at me for a moment as if he was going to try and punch me. Later, they did air up the tires and give us HALF a tank of gas. The entire process was rude and met with no understanding, compassion, and a general sense of disregard for customer service. If you are looking for a car or wanting to get some service done on your Mitsubishi, DO NOT GO TO MANUEL MITSUBISHI. Save your self the headache and cash and go elsewhere.
