Where do I start. I called in hoping I could get my daughter a Jetta from a reputable dealer close to my residence. Kathy answered the phone to help. I was hopeful I could get a low lease rate for a new driver excited about her first new car. I asked if there were any promotions for sign and drive and is it possible for a base model Jetta to be had in the early $200s per month. She referred me to the website. I then went on to ask if she could possibly check with her sales manager to see what they actually had. my intentions were to get her something affordable a dealer an hour away from me had me quoted at low payments and after all Jetta is an inexpensive car shouldn't be tough to get a car under 20k with a $210-230 payment. She goes on to tell me the dealer is not giving me accurate numbers and that the tax will drive the price up. She told me Texas lease rates were calculated with tax figured in based off the full price of the vehicle. I disagreed from my experience leases were figured based off the amount of depreciation. I found out later that day she was right. In any event I was really trying to get some accurate numbers based off current promotions she started running off payments in the $300 range which I didn't really understand based off the MSRP. Kathy started getting irritated and raising her voice she said I clearly know more than her at that point she realized she was shouting and I guess she realized it was better to end the conversation. I have no problem with that just check with a manager or pass me along to someone else. Kathy felt it was more appropriate to slam the phone in my ear and hang up on me. I just feel like folks in the industry have short term memories. Few months back when our president Mr Trump un-willingly locked down the country businesses had to do whatever was needed to keep earning. A car dealer would take a call and complete an entire deal on the phone or computer if that's what it took. We are still in the height of a pandemic I don't particularly want to run from dealer to dealer and sit for hours so I choose to do my deals from home that's what works for me. I reached out to the sales manager Todd with the hopes he would talk to me I still have not gotten response to emails or voicemails. My next course of action was talk to the GM see where I get, but I just decided the pen is mightier than the sword. I know how much reviews matter in the car sales industry and particularly for each dealer and their relationships with the manufacturer. Kathy your sarcastic, impatient and unprofessional. I can't speak for every consumer but I'm speaking for myself. I will take my business an hour away to Hendricks Volkswagen and get my daughter a car because they seem to have the patience to close a deal over the computer and why not money is money why shouldn't they. Maybe they won't get my service when its time for my oil changes because they are too far away but Autobahn certainly won't get my service either. Fantastic dealership and staff. Manager Dustin Rodgers and salesman Mike Berry worked together to find and get my son the car he wanted. These men are a top notch team. The price and financing were both fair and the process was painless. We walked in the dealership after 2 PM on a Friday and my son drove off in his dream car that same day. This is the best dealership I've dealt with in a long time. And not to leave out the car, the Golf GTI is very impressive. What a Hot Rod!

I’ve purchased 10 cars in my adult life including one that blew up soon after purchase but this by far has been the worst car buying experience EVER, the car runs fine but before purchase I told the salesman John that I didn’t like the scratches on the side and it was very dirty , he assured me the scratches would come off and it would be clean when it was ready to go , first of all the scratches didn’t come off and the car was so dirty and smelly from dog hair I had to stop and have it cleaned on the way home . Next to the finance manager John Chen he was busy trying to sell me a warranty which I reluctantly bought only to find out it doesn’t cover what he told me it did , I cancelled it to get my money back and I’ve spent the last three weeks trying to determine who will send my money and exactly when , so I will be showing up and getting loud till I get a concrete answer !!! And to top it off this is the first time I bought a car and heard absolutely nothing from the dealer in any shape form or fashion , I work hard for my money and had other options , this place could not Give me a car !! In the future .
