Took my truck in for a recall. While there I tried to get the PIN number for my truck from the service dept. The man there said he would need registration, ID etc. to be able to get that for me. When I supplied the asked for information, he then said he couldn't get it for me I would have to call Chrysler customer care. Upon leaving the dealership, I did call Chrysler customer care. Who told me that the parts people should give that to me and I should return there. I told him that wasnt an option at this time. So he was nice enough to call another dealership and get it all arranged so I go into the parts counter ask for the right person and he will give me the number. How hard would it have been for the original dealership to perform some customer service and call Chrysler for me. ZERO customer service provided by the Parts dept. here. Repair guys were awesome. Unfortunately dont know that I will ever return to this dealership. Also conveniently the general manager was out of town.

Bait and Switch and it Worked - MIKELRAY
I found a used truck on their website. I was assigned salesperson Trace Wadley. Thursday evening I told Trace I would be up Friday and would probably but the truck. I checked in Friday morning and was told we were good to go. I drove two hours up to the dealership only to be told that the truck had just sold and had been delivered.
I was furious and Trace said he would help me find something I might like. We couldn't find anything. As fate would have it my cell phone was dead and one of the other salesmen let me use his charger.
While I was waiting to get enough of a charge before leaving, I noticed the beautiful 2020 Dodge Ram Limited on the showcase floor. Turned out I bought it spending 20K more than I had originally planned.
While reading past reviews I saw where there were four other instances where this had happened to someone else. All factors point to bait and switch, so I highly recommend you follow up on every detail before you check out a car at Seth Wadley. Also they gave me the wrong key fop and Vin# for the truck.
I do want to say the finance guy, Cass, and the greeter were very nice.

I had a really good experience with this dealership when it came to buying a 2016 Ram 1500 I found on cars.com.
I live in San Antonio, and this dealership is in Fort Worth. The Ram I found was exactly what I wanted, so I wanted to move fast. The internet sales rep, Avery, was EXTREMELY responsive via e-mail, text, and phone calls. He spent over an hour doing a video walk through with me, and pointed out things I wouldn't have been able to see. He was super transparent and very trustworthy.
While this dealership doesn't haggle on price, they were willing to fix some minor damage on the vehicle at no cost before delivery. Also, after I took delivery, I noticed an issue with the center console. They shipped me the part at no cost. They also drove the vehicle to a dealership of my choice, about 200 miles away, at no cost, and ensured I got it with a full tank of diesel.
This was my first time buying a vehicle on-line, without seeing it in person. The experience itself was great, and I think a lot of that had to do with Avery. He was no pressure, very easy to talk to, answered all my questions, etc. I would definitely do business with him again. He did a great job as an ambassador for AutoNation.
