I’m so glad Tony DeMaria answered the phone! - Gray Ghost
My lease was up! This was my first time to return a lease car. I didn’t know what to expect. I’m so glad Tony DeMaria answered the phone when I called and made my appointment. When I arrived he answered all my questions, showed me cars I was interested in, and got me in another lease car!
He explained ALL the bells and whistles and how they work. He also helped me connect my phone to Bluetooth, explained the backup camera, and more.
If I have any questions, I know I can call him and he’ll be happy to help me.
Beyond Satified!!! - LauraH
Jeff was very knowledgeable with all my questions. I didn't have the best experience with another dealership company and he made sure that he listened to all my wants in a vehicle. Long story short I was recently in a car accident that lead to me not having a vehicle and once the rental ran out I was about to be without a vehicle again, still waiting for the insurance company to resolve my total loss claim. Mind you that the accident wasn't even my fault. When I explained my situation with Jeff, him and his team made sure that I had a vehicle to drive till they found the perfect one for me. Not a lot of companies would do that for you. Of course I had to make sure I had a purchase in play...LOL but still, that is going beyond the assistance they even had to do. It took about a day to get the perfect vehicle located, in which I felt safe and comfortable with getting behind the wheel again. Jeff took customer service to the next level, I work two jobs and he made his way to meet me at one of my jobs to get me a loaner to me while waiting for my new vehicle to come in. Also as my vehicle was being delivered to the dealership, I was driving back in the loaner to get my new vehicle, we ending up having a little hiccup with the loaner, the skid plate came lose and was handing. I didn't feel safe driving so I had to pull over. I called Jeff to let him know and he said " Are you OK?" Are you in a Safe Place? I told him I was and asked him what I should do. He's response was, Stay there I will come get you and calling a tow truck to come pick up the vehicle. He came and sat there with us waiting on the tow truck which ended up taking a bit longer then was told. He suggested he just bring us back to the dealership where we could sit in the AC instead of the outside heat and He would wait for the tow company to come get the vehicle. Now that was truly a customer service 5 star. With all said and done, they brought the loaner back, just needed to tighten the bolts on the plate nothing too crazy and I was able to get into my new vehicle that evening. Jeff has reached out twice so far to make sure I was happy with my purchase and made sure I felt safe in my new vehicle.
So if anyone is looking for great service and care I would recommend Jeff Von Christierson as your sales guy and Mac Haik for overall company to work with. Thanks again for all you have done for me, will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to get from you guys.

Amazing customer service - satxcarbuyer
Entire staff at Austin eAutos was SO helpful, and helped me get into my dream car. I spent a lot of time researching online and narrowed it down to 2-3 vehicles I was interested in. The staff, in particular Gary and Brian, listened to my needs and took the time to help me find the car I was looking for, and went the extra mile to help me secure financing at the best rate possible. These guys know that what they are doing, and I highly recommend to everybody!
Frankie Garcia, client advisor - Neal3305
Frankie is an excellent client advisor! He's on top of things and truly help me with my car on a promptly time manner, very professional person who actually cares for his customer. I had a bad experience with another client advisor in May and when my car needed another repair in August I was concern on taking my car again to the Ford dealer from past experience. Now I can truly say that if I would need my car again on the shop will not hesitate to have Mr. Garcia taking care.

Killeen Auto Sales sucks! - Customer
Found the vehicle we purchased online, drove several hours to go pick it up and purchase it. When we test drove it we told them it needed a front end wheel alignment really bad but since it was after lunch on Saturday nothing was really opened. We didn't even make it home with the truck, it started shaking so bad. Had to stop to get the truck looked at so we pulled into a Firestone, luckily we did, front tire was split and was fixing to blow! Ended up needing tires, getting front end alignment & needed to replace boots on both sides of front end. I immediately called the dealership and told them what was going on and told them it was costing me $1300 and they then told me I went to the most expensive repair shop, really? Being that we were traveling on a Saturday afternoon I had no idea were any shops were located. Then they told me they would help me out with some of the bill, THAT NEVER HAPPENED!! COME MONDAY MORNING THEY WERE IN A RUSH TO GET MY INSURANCE PAPERWORK SO THEY COULD COMPLETE ALL MY PAPERWORK AND THEY AVOIDED PAYING ANY OF THE REPAIR COSTS!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE A CAR THERE & I SURELY WONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!
Great Service and Salesmanship - Dale Wood
When we came to look at a couple of auto's that looked good but had more miles than I want the salesman took use to different auto's so ended up getting the one I liked the most.
Great Experience thanks. Thanks : Mr.Wood
Daisy is Dishonest - Truckbuyer
We agreed to purchase a truck from Daisy contingent upon review by a mechanic. We offered to leave a deposit which they declined saying "it wasn't necessary" as long as we notify them of the mechanic appointment time. We did that. We told them the mechanic would be there after 2pm. Before they arrived, Daisy had sold the truck to someone else. Don't buy from Daisy. Dishonest.
I do NOT recommend EARL CURLEY! - Disappointed
I just purchased a vehicle from here. My sales person was Earl Curley, we went back and forth on a deal. Everything was going great! I asked about tires, due to the tires on the vehicle not being good at all. They were dry rotting, you could tell they had been driven on flats, and knots all on the inside of the tire. I also mentioned some scratches, Earl stated, "oh, don't worry about the scratches, I'll get those out for you." Long story short, I had to take the vehicle to get the sun roof fixed, and mentioned the tires again. Earl stated, he would get the service dept. to check them out, and check on some tires. When my husband went to pick up my vehicle, he asked the services man about the tires. The service man stated he knew nothing about it, and called Earl. Earl stated, "I don't know anything about no xxxx tires!" My husband heard him, because he was on speaker phone!! Also, the scratches are still there! To know, that a "so called" man would down right lie, telling customers one thing, and co-workers another, is sad. Anything to make it sound good, to make a deal. So, I messaged him about it that afternoon, and then he called. Earl said, "my GM said we couldn't get you tires, because we sold the vehicle so cheap. But, we get discounted tires, we can get you a set that you can buy." He then said, he was going to talk to Jeff tomorrow, and give me a call the next morning. The next morning came, I waited all day, NO CALL! Earl tells you what he thinks you want to hear, to make a deal, but then falls through on his part at the end! Very poor, bad quality of customer service! Great way to run customers off!!!!
Don't do it. - Blkbear48
If you plan on buying from these people, and your traveling from any excessive distance I urge you to think twice. From the beginning... I live in wyoming. I'm 1000 miles away. I found a truck I wanted and I called to inquire. The guy seemed pretty cool and answered my questions. The three main questions were 1. Are the any mechanical issues I need to be aware of. 2. I'm very particular with my things and if I'm going to travel this far, I want to know what flaws it has on the exterior. 3. Are there any tips, holes, tears or wear on the leather seats. I was told no mechanical issues, it has one dent and a few light scratches that should buff out (sent pics) and no flaws on the interior. I then gave him my debit card info to give him $500 to hold the truck for me for a few days until I was off from work and I could fly down. I paid almost $300 for a plane ticket to get from wyoming to austin. They had someone pick me up there and drive me to the dealership. I get there and immediately notice the bed looks like a golf ball, and the driver seat has a tear in it. At this point I'm pretty disappointed. I proceed to driving it. It seemed ok. A little sluggish off the start like most un tuned cummins are. I get back to the dealer and I said hey, ya know I'm pretty disappointed. I asked specifically about the seats and dents and i was assured the truck was in great shape. I'm $300 into flying down here and $500 in a deposit. I want my deposit back. They said no. I really didn't want to leave empty handed and have to find a ticket back to wyoming. I still liked the truck and finally talked them into giving me $250 back. I start my drive home. I get roughly 380 miles into my trip home and I get a check engine light. Now I'm pissed off. I get to an auto zone and have them read the codes and they are turbo related. I text the salesman and said what was going on and he asked if I was stranded and if the truck ran. I said yes. He them told me this copy and pasted via text. "We have the powertrain inspected which is the most important and most costly to repair. At the time of sale the truck was running and driving like it should or you would have not purchased it. You seemed very mechanically inclined and knew exactly what to look for since you were a previous diesel owner. If we had a machine or computer that would only let us know when parts on a truck would fail, we would not sale trucks but just charge people to let them know when they would have mechanical or electric failures. Your first text stated you were 350 miles away from our location before the first light came on. Unfortunately things happen that we can't control. All trucks are sold as is just just like you signed for on the paperwork. Feel free to call Frank... So now I get to stew for another 15hrs in a broken truck I just paid 37k for. Fast forward to getting home. I take it to the shop in town here. I ended up with a broken turbo which cost be $3000. Also within a month the brakes that were supposedly new were toast, I found that the DVD player in the head rest didn't work, and I spent $600 in pointless dent repair and still haven't paid the $500 for the top half of the ripped seat. Ready for the strange part? After all is said and done. I got no help. It was sold as is. So now I paid 37k for a truck. Put about 5k in parts into and COINCIDENTALLY the card I gave them the numbers for for a deposit mysteriously started spending money in fort Worth a few days after I got back in wyoming when I never used it for anything else.... I suggest you think twice about these people.
