Will never purchase another car from anywhere else, initially we came in to see Israel Salazar who we purchased our Sonata from years ago but we came in a little later than expected so he past us along to Paul Jones who he assured would take great care of us, I had already been in contact with Israel advising what suv I was interested in, as soon as we got there it was straight to business!! Paul already had a 2021 Hyundai Kona pulled around for us to test drive (black) my wife and I were unsure what color we wanted so he walked us out to show us the galactic grey color, we test drove it and the rest was history! Paul and the team came through for us and gave us a great deal, I couldn't be more impressed with the service we got from Paul, we went in at 4:25pm and we were out by 7:30pm.

The salesman did seem to listen or understand what I was wanting in a Santa Fe. I went having research and he couldn’t provide me accurate info on the cars features and packages. The worst part was the “sales manager” BRAD. The way he spoke to me and my mother was so misogynistic and rude. If my husband were there there’s no way he would’ve gotten away with speaking to us that way.

Had a super great experience due to Ash Ross, Michael Hamlin. They all took the time to show me cars on lot test drive and financing was easy. Hats off to this guys the truly understand customer service and know their product.

The service is friendly enough, but the actual work and diagnostics have been bad. Had a Hyundai with a chronic check engine light. Brought it in and paid for proposed fixes. Next day check engine light comes on, take it back have more work done and once again go on my way to have the check engine light come on three days later. Take it back and am told it is all my filters and before they can diagnose the issue I must pay 800 to get all the filters changed then they can diagnose....keep in mind at this point the car had already been there twice and this is the first time I have been told that they apparently had to change the filters to diagnose....makes one wonder how they had been diagnosing the car before. Decided to take it to a mechanic shop I am familiar with and apparently the issue was 2 bad spark plugs... something you'd think the dealership would check with a check engine light due to misfire. Had the spark plugs replaced and suddenly no more issues with check engine light. The dealership sure did try a lot of expensive maintenance and never found the root cause of the misfire...which was the most obvious issue the spark plugs.
