In the past I have bought a few vehicles at this location. But now they are GREAT, it was so easy and Mike Cosby went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. The new management has made such a huge difference. I called the dealership, spoke with mike, told him what I wanted, a few hours later he said co.e get it. I bought a 2019 lonestar, and got it $ 5000 less than other area dealers were offering . All around the best shopping experience of my life.

I have spoken back and forth with Luis Tirado for a few weeks now and have been hung up on twice. I would highly recommend that you shop else where. Staff is highly lazy. I requested information on 2019 Ram 2500 Crew Cab 4x4 Diesels in white. I was told that i should go to the website and find the trucks my self and then send them the stock numbers so they could then look them up and give me the same pricing that is online. I then made an offer, salesman refused to take it for approval or denial from manager/management. I then said "ok" at which time the salesman hung up on the phone.

Recently purchased a new 2020 Ram and was intentionally lied ro about the Kahu security service being mandatory. Iqas charged $1700+ for a service that the Uconnect radio already does.I contacted Ram support and Kahu and both informed me that the Kahu device is added by the dealership and could be removed since it is an optional accessory not a mandatory service. The sad thing is I informed the sales person I planned on buying my wife a new Jeep and I had a brother and best friend looking to purchase trucks, but I guess scamming a customer out of $1700 was more imporant then building customer loyalty and referrals.

I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 Eco Boost Limited. Loaded out truck. Had less than 120 miles on Vehicle.....TOTAL before it started throwing codes and de rating to point you couldn't drive, would reduce to 5 MPH. Had to pull over Clear codes with a code reader, then it would run for a little longer until all over again.Took to Dealer and was told the EGR Cooler had an open circuit, and they couldn't get the part till mid September. Was offered a base model 1500 till it was repaired, this dealer has the worse service I have every dealt with. Never again will I deal with them. Buyers BEWARE once you leave your on your own. I HAVE THE BEST WARRANTY THEY HAD......Totally useless along with dealer!
Wife got a hold of a Manager after I posted this, they sent a wrecker with an acceptable vehicle 8 am the following morning and retrieved the broken vehicle previously mentioned. It appears they are going to try and resolve the issue. Got good service once it was escalated. I understand that a new vehicle breaking down is out of the control of the Dealer, but the initial response is what severely frustrated me.

I can't write a good enough review about this place. This is my 3rd vehicle in 5yrs from them and each experience has been spectacular. Brian Thomas is a fantastic guy and Jeff Maxwell knows how to Manage a dealership. Both men are top notch, and I couldn't have asked for better service.I ordered a challenger scat pack from them and it was delivered and ready in under month. Every step of the way they kept me updated and made the entire process seamless. I've even shopped around and other dealer ships (stay far away from Maik Haik) and have had very negative experiences with sleazy liars. Jeff and Brian are a breath of fresh air to the car buying experience and I appreciate men of such high caliber. #customer4life
