If you live near this dealership and want to work with WONDERFUL employees this is the place to go. Great service, VERY nice, and seemed to be honest and caring. Only problem for me is I will NOT buy another Ford. My 2017 Fusion is the 2nd Ford I have owned that anti freeze got in the engine block and I had a Focus that they could NEVER fix the transmission problem it had that almost caused my wife to have several wrecks due to it slipping. Plus I said I would always buy American, but because of a couple of foreign auto makers that have much longer Warranties and prices the same or less for similar vehicles I guess I may have to. But this dealer is Excellent, just that Ford has gone down hill. Roger Crowder in Burnet, Tx. Have a Blessed day and everyone stay safe during this corona outbreak
No customer service - Not a Covert Ford fan
I have been trying to get my car in to the service department for a bad speaker for almost 2 months. I need a loaner car which is provided since I am still under warranty. They made my appointment which took about two weeks but no problem, since at that time a loaner would be available. Service called and rescheduled me for an additional two week wait. At that time I mentioned that I was getting near the end of my warranty. I asked how they would handle that since they have rescheduled me from my original appointment. The answer, "cant really tell you how that will be handled". They then cancelled a third appointment which was really bad as now I am within 100 miles of my warranty being out. I had an appointment for tomorrow and yes, they cancelled me again and tried to move me back another two weeks. At this point it has been about 2 months since I have been trying to get my car in for this repair. I told Chris, the service advisor that I would be out of warranty by the time of the new appointment. He said "sorry, Ford will not cover it". Covert should cover it as they prolonged my service miles past when it should have been completed. I asked for the Ford rep's name and of course he would not give me that. I asked for the Service Managers email and he said he did not have that but I could call his cell phone. What? No email. Ridiculous. Now I have a car, just out of warranty with a speaker that rattles. Covert Ford service is absolutely non existent. I noticed the last time I took my car in, I did not get a survey. That seems odd. I wonder if Ford wants to know about that. I will gladly tell them what experience I have had with Covert Ford.

Recently, I purchased a 2007 Lincoln MKZ. In all of my years of buying cars, I have never dealt with such a professional, non pressure, and knowledgable staff. Everyone from my salesperson to the finance manager, did everything in their power to ensure my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and will continue to buy Lincolns. Also, I highly recommend the Lincoln MKZ!
