I went in last month pre-approved with my credit union and specifically told them that I didn't want a credit report ran and I didn't want their financing. 35 days later I get notification that there are 2 loans open on my credit report for the one vehicle. After several unsuccessful attempts to get his taken care of the "manager" has been zero help getting this resolved. Stay away from this dealership and all other Fowler owned businesses'. Bought a Dodge Journey from Johnson last August. It has been towed to Johnson for service 3 times since we bought the car and now the engine light is on again. When I requested an appointment to take the car back yet again I was told it would be over a week and a half before they would even take a look at it. The last three service visits were almost a week and a half on average before we could pick up the car. If you buy a car from them you would think they would want to make you a priority because that would be excellent customer service. This is the fourth time my car has needed service since we bought it in August and this business does not give a crap. I have scheduled an appointment with Brighton Ford. Here's hoping they know how to take care of customers. I will never buy a car from Johnson again. This business doesn't even rate one star based on how they are treating me.

Tried in vain to come to a deal on a used car. After 2 visits & several hours of details, price, fixes, etc being discussed, we realized that nothing Cameron said was true. We then spoke to the general manager, Samatha, and she was not the least bit concerned about the apparent lies of her staff. It got worse from there when she said the price we negotiated was not approved. She did not try to appease us. We walked out & will never be back. DO NOT give this dealer your business. We would give ZERO stars.
