I bought my F150 from Phil Long Ford and was happy with it overall. My new truck could have been washed better but it's okay. I did learn from this experience what to do and what not to do next time I buy a vehicle especially in the finance department. You should always go line by line on the purchase agreement to make sure there aren't any surprises. I am still questioning one section on it but I guess I'll live with it. The salesman, Joe, was very friendly and helpful. My new truck also had a scratch on it that they said they could buff out but didn't. I did have a problem with the alarm but took it back to the service dept and they fixed it right away. I love my new truck and do highly recommend Phil Long Ford.

I am very impressed with the knowledge and assistance provided by both Josh and John as I decided which options to order on my 2021 F150. Josh helped me with the initial order and tracking my vehicle through the "build" process, and, since Josh was out sick when the truck was delivered, John helped with the final transfer.
This dealership quickly agreed to a very competitive price (well below MSRP) and did NOT jerk me around with the games that some dealerships play when it comes time to sign the contract. I appreciated the overall honesty of this transaction and would buy from these folks again. Highly recommended.

My car had a 3,000 mile/ 90 day warranty. It had some issues fueling and the gas gauge was incorrect. I tried calling for a month before anyone could help me with this issue. I scheduled a service appointment online. They called to reschedule. I rescheduled online. When I got there they didn’t know I was coming and I had to wait 50 minutes for a loaner car. 2 days later they said it was all fixed. It wasn’t. I ran out of gas even though it said it was half full. I scheduled another appointment online. I called to make sure They new I was coming. On my way there they called to reschedule because the technician was on vacation. I told them I didn’t care how long it took and that they needed to fix it. When I got there, they said they could reschedule me a week later and they didn’t have a loaner car for me. I live 100 miles away and said I would take it to someone else. They replaced the part twice, once before I got it, and it still doesn’t work. They are not good at repairs. Do not go here. They were also very rude about it all.

Customers beware. I took my truck in for repair. I thought I had a warranty but it had expired without my knowledge. Then,they wanted $3700 to repair my truck. Took it somewhere else to find out that what the said was wrong with my truck wasn't what they said. It was a gasket that cost $100. I will never take my truck their again. I almost pulled out a loan for nothing. Called the manager and he had nothing to say.

Do not buy a vehicle from Barbee Ford. Barbee Ford offered a bogus Auto Check that miss represented the vehicle that I purchased. The report had several errors. 1. Vehicle was a rental not a lease as presented
2. Vehicle had 3 owners not one as shown on Auto Check.
3. Vehicle was reported to have been in an accident by CarFax bit not shown on their report.
Therefore I feel they miss represented the vehicle, to get a higher resale value and they knew it was not accurate.
Do not trust the AutoCheck report nor the dealership.
I have been asking Doug at the dealership to step up and all I get is more miss represented information.
