My girlfriend and I recently were interested in buying a new or newer Ford Mustang convertible. Without doing much research, I called down to Medved Castle Rock and Shawn picked up the phone and introduced himself. I saw on cars.com that they had a 2018 convertible with red interior and a 5.0 liter engine. He checked to make sure it was still on the lot and said come on down and we'll do a test drive. Within minutes of being on the lot and introducing himself in person he handed us the keys and told us to enjoy our test drive. We were gone for maybe about 20 minutes or so and came back, and we absolutely loved the car. That day we gave a deposit that was fully refundable and we had one week to decide while we test drove other vehicles in the state. During that one-week deposit Shawn texted us regularly to see how we were doing and if we had any questions he could answer. Even though Shawn had a personal situation that happened which led him to fly out of state, he still was texting us to make sure we were being taken care of. That following Monday we drove back down to Castle Rock from Denver metro area, did another test drive and absolutely knew that was the car. We negotiated for maybe about 10 minutes and within an hour and a half we drove away with our brand new car. I would definitely buy a car again from Shawn and he made the process very easy going and we did not feel pressured at any time. Thanks again for the great car buying experience!

Was at this dealership to pick up my vehicle and was told to come back the next day as my salesman was out for the day. The vehicle was paid for and I was expecting to pick it up that day. The Desk Manager responded that I was making him mad and was told to go sit down. I responded with: I am the customer and I prefer to stand. You however need to go back to your desk and sit down and do your job. This guy has no idea what good customer service is. This dealership is in serious danger of losing customers with this guy in the Tower. Mark Fairicy is a complete xxxxxxx as far as this customer is concerned. Never, ever buy a car from this dealership if he is working there. He needs to take a seat. The vehicle was filthy and had no gas in the tank.

I accidentally showed up on the wrong day for my appointment! Because my Check Oil light was on, they fit me in and gave me great service! The $90 for three oil changes is a great deal and I know when I return I'll enjoy my wait time in their waiting area that has awesome drinks and snacks.

Had to have an air bag replaced, took a year. Now another air bag needs to be replaced and it has been 3 months to no avail. All recalls. Left 3 messages...really? a vehicle dealership lets its phones go to voice mail??? AND does not return the messages left. They blame it on Ford, so does Ford answer their phones now? Have always had problems with Big Mike's operations...not a thing changes except for the people.

I took my Focus ST in to get a recall notice checked and fixed. They kept my car for a day and a half. As soon as my car pulled up I noticed my front plate had been somehow damaged and was literally hanging half off. As I drove it home I noticed there was an intense and loud screeching sound as I rolled the passenger side window down!! And on top of that, now there is an ongoing ‘squealing’ sound coming from the a/c unit which gets much louder as you turn the fan up. I thought it was so weird these issues came up all of a sudden because all Ford did was fix 1 of 2 of the recalls which was repairing a latch on the hatch. I called Autonation Ford, spoke to a couple people, including one of the bosses of the service department I believe was Mike, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Mike didn’t even allow me to finish speaking before cutting me off multiple times as I was trying to explain my concerns. Instead of offering to take a look at my car again for the damages they caused, he told me none of those issues correlate with what they looked at. Which I agree, they don’t, BUT THAT IS THE ISSUE. And I understand people calling and trying to get repairs on issues they already had on their cars which is why they must have to be cautious about that. But when I was asked if my vehicle had any other damages or things that needed repaired at Autonation Ford I told them no because that was the case. And once I picked it up they didn’t notify me of any other repairs that needed to be done after they looked at it. I also called them to notify them of these new issues just a couple days after I noticed everything. It’s just a shame that they’re not willing to stand by their work along with their mistakes and take care of their customers the best way.
