We had called and gone to other dealerships in the Castle Rock and Denver areas and McCaddon’s Customer Service and support was leaps and bounds above the other dealerships we dealt with. I moved away from the tech center area but still drive 30 miles to Autonation for all of my GMC service. Even an oil change. They have the best techs, great service reps and a clean and comfortable facility in which to wait while service is being done.

Bought a Dodge Journey from Johnson last August. It has been towed to Johnson for service 3 times since we bought the car and now the engine light is on again. When I requested an appointment to take the car back yet again I was told it would be over a week and a half before they would even take a look at it. The last three service visits were almost a week and a half on average before we could pick up the car. If you buy a car from them you would think they would want to make you a priority because that would be excellent customer service. This is the fourth time my car has needed service since we bought it in August and this business does not give a crap. I have scheduled an appointment with Brighton Ford. Here's hoping they know how to take care of customers. I will never buy a car from Johnson again. This business doesn't even rate one star based on how they are treating me.

So far I say no stars. Truck was coming in 3 weeks ago. We put our money down, they cashed the check. Nothing was to be turned into for financing until we received our new truck. No truck. GMAC just welcomed us. We check every few days. They will not even call us back anymore. They will not allow us to buy another truck because they turned in false paper work. Run with your money and don't look back. Finance dept promised it would not be submitted until we received the truck. Trying to figure who to turn them into.
