The parts department is worthless. Order a spare tire and jack assemble from them , the first week of February. We were told it would be in by the end of the month. We called on March 2nd. The person in the parts department said it was on order but not in yet. Called back today, March 11th and was told there was no order for this part, under anybody's name. The person on the phone said he could order it but it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get it. POOR SERVICE. Called Larry Miller Jeep, talked to Joe. She found one in Nebraska and will have it here by Friday next week. GREAT SERVICE. Johnsons parts people need to take lessons from Larry Miller parts people.

Had a terrible experience at Toyota Mountain Denver. I am a single older mom, and I wanted a Toyota Tacoma. They had an overpriced truck, and wouldn’t budge one penny on sticker price...remember I am a dumb old lady! Not so! My son and I walked out. Dodge Fiat Larry Miller had a Toyota Tacoma 2020 that had been traded in. It is a beautiful truck. I controlled my enthusiasm while checking out this truck. The staff from my sales person, the manager to financing couldn’t have been kinder, engaging, and fair. Mountain Denver Toyota could take a training class from this dealership.

Best car buying experience I've had! Nick Cahoun worked with me for 3 months to find my dream Jeep. From the moment Katie greeted me (she runs the show from the front desk), things moved smoothly and efficiently. Nick was ready with paperwork, started that as I test drove the car. We negotiated for all of 5 minutes..they offered me fair, Kelley bluebook value for my trade right away...no hassles or low-balling the value (another dealership offered me $4500 less!!) During my short wait periods I was entertained by the other staff, all exceptionally friendly, helpful and concerned I was doing okay. Big shout out to Roberto whose upbeat personality kept me smiling and feeling special. New car purchase on Jan. 2021
1. ANCJA will apply unnecessary charges for windows tinting and anti-theft protection to your purchase. Have them remove these upcharge. My new Chrysler already comes with factory installed window tints and anti-theft system.
Yet, they still try to dance around the charges using evasive/technical wannabe verbiage to keep those costs on my purchase contract. Confidence loss.
2. Avoided to provide the VIN# and mileage on a new purchase until 1-day before taking delivery. It turns out the vehicle is ~300miles away, in which, they have to drive to ANCJA. Neither the sales associate nor management were forthcoming with this information throughout the week long purchase process and buyer actively inquiring about it... Confidence loss.
3. After taking delivery, an online survey was emailed to the buyers, in which, I think it ties to the associates' performance bonus structure. I completed the candid survey, then I received a phone call from a manager at the AutoNation Chrylser Jeep in Littleton soliciting feedback about the survey results (Clearly, it wasn't an anonymous survey). The first 30 seconds of the phone call went fine as I try to explain my experience with them from the beginning of the process. Thereafter, the conversation morphed into a argumentative defense from the manager, where he yelled into his conference telephone microphone about things like: "We did you a favor..."; "We got you the car"; "I've never seen a rating this low" and so on.
I could hear a number of individuals laughing in the background on my end as he yelled into my telephone speakers. Overall, the conversation ended with him hanging up on our 2 minutes call without a constructive or meaningful dialogue. "Failed" rating.
My collective experience based on the instances above begs the questions:
a. If the manager can harass a customer like a maniac, how do they treat their employees or others who may have less purchasing power?
b. Should I be concern about bringing my car in for maintenance, in fear of, retaliation?

Bought a brand new 2021 Trailhawk Jeep Cherokee 4x4 on Nov. 10, 2020 and as soon as I left the dealership the uconnect went haywire - I called them to see what was up with it and they had no answer expept if it continued to bring it in. I live 82 miles from the dealership and had to get my BRAND NEW CAR's uconnect fixed. Not only that but the FOB stopped working when it got cold AND all the dash lights went on (SDW unavailable service required, FCW service required,Park sense off,Service electronic stability control and it goes on and on. Finally, on Nov 30th I brought it back to the dealership and they said nothing was wrong until I pushed them on the electronics and they finally gave me a vehicle uconnect'Related star case' issue from 3 days before I purchased it and that it was a software problem that will be fixed in the first quarter of 2021. Would have been nice if they told me this BEFORE I purchased it. Travis was very condescending and insisted that it's working properly! Unfortuately, 2 months later this issue has not been resolved and the dealership offers NOTHING! Thankfully my Costco rep is the only person to assist me on this issue. It's not only an annoyance but a hazard when driving. The Blind Spot & Cross detection - NOT working ...Rain sensitive wipers NOT working, A/C goes on randomly and the radio goes in and out with an annoying static in the speakers! Apple Car play is still going haywire. I will NEVER go back or buy another vehicle from this dealership. They were so nice and easy to workwith before I bought the car but afterwards not a single courtsey call or assistance on how to fix this issue. This shouldn't happen with a brand new 2021 vehicle. Now I have to spend my time dealing with the manufacture to get this taken care of. So disappointed with the lack of integrity in this dealership! You can be sure I am letting everyone I know to steer clear of this place.

On March 21st 2021 after a large snowfall of approximately 20 inches I had to take my Dodge 2500 4wd ram truck into Autonation south west Dodge because it woul not engage in 4 wheel low.
I had purchased a lifetime warranty when I bought it in 2014.
After inspection I was told by the service representative it might not be covered Ed.
After several calls and more than two weeks it was finally repaired under the lifetime warranty.
It was like pulling nails to get this done and it shouldn’t have been.
Not sure after having been a loyal Dodge customer and also this dealership for more than 30 years if I will continue to be so in the future.
