Overall had a great experience working with Alex C on a 2021 Forester. Ive been sick of fixing up my old cars but always felt something new would be out of my price range. He was very transparent with options and worked to get me within my budget. Very responsive as well. I would highly reccomend Alex and the Mike Shaw team.

I cannot say enough good things about Kyle and Flatirons... - Skatelynn
I cannot say enough good things about Kyle and Flatirons Subaru. I've had my Subaru serviced there before, and had such incredible experiences. I was hopeful my sales experience would be the same. I was not disappointed. Kyle was so kind, friendly and easy going from the very beginning until the very end. He applied NO pressure at all at any time, and I felt like he was really working for me, trying to get everything to work within my budget.
When I ready to go to the Finance Department, despite the good things Kyle told me, I was pretty nervous based on previous experiences I've had with that portion of the process. But again, was so pleasantly surprised Shae was incredibly kind, too! She had everything ready for me and it all went so quickly. She and Kyle were both so excited for me. That was honestly the easiest car buying (leasing) process I've ever experienced. Kyle and Shae were amazing. I couldn't be happier about my experience!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. John David and Brent in Sales tag teamed the paperwork and Jess in Finance were truly a pleasure to work with. I've bought 4 new Toyotas from 4 different dealerships in the Colorado Springs/Denver/Boulder area and this was smoothest experience by far. I used the COSTCO buyer's program and got a great price. I've found the one Toyota Dealership that I will come back to for my next Toyota. Thanks Team. Great Job!!!

Jon Slack and manager Paul P. were both so wonderful to work with! Jon took the time and care to listen to our needs and preferences then helped my husband and I both pick out the perfect vehicles for our family. They went above and beyond and have won us over. I would like to have Martin Richardson recognized for his superior customer service, I purchased a 2018 Escape, Martin is my service manager, he recognizes me and addresses me by name. he has gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle service is done when promised and always keeps me informed of my vehicle needs, if it needs to be kept longer and status of. I am sure I am not the only customer that he treats this way. Martin makes sure I and my vehicle are taken care of. I do not know who will read this but Martin needs to be recognized.

From the initial test drive to the easy negotiation we couldn't be happier. Jake Loud was a great salesperson, he is very patient, he listens well and is a no pressure guy with great product knowledge. Dylan Small helped structure the deal and made it an easy transition out of our Hyundai Tucson and into a 2021 Subaru Outback Touring then Tori Hougton made the finance process a breeze. Thanks so much for the great deal. This is the 3rd or 4th car we have gotten from you folks. No wonder we tell our friends and family to head to your dealership.

'Dan O'Leary' - It was time to replace my aging Yukon with a newer one. I knew what I wanted so when a quick internet search located a vehicle that met my criteria I reached out to the Garage, left a message asking for a call back and went to bed. The next day like clock work I got a call from Dan. He was professional, accommodating and friendly. Within 10min I had a deposit down on the vehicle and I got to relax. We communicated a couple times by text to iron our a few details about my trade it and then I came in a few days later - Everything was waiting for me, no hassle, no up-sell, no haggling... as easy as pie. Dropped of one car, a couple signatures, a check and I was off in the newer car.
How car buying should be.
Thank you Dan O'Leary... I will be back.

Excellent experience! We were referred to the dealership by a friend, and they did not disappoint. Travis was an educated salesman who was fun to work with. He assessed our wants, needs, and budget, and ended up helping us find the right car at the right price. Steve, the manager, spent some time with us as well, a pleasantry which I haven't always experienced at other dealerships. Zack, the finance manager, was very kind and very efficient. The whole experience was easy and hassle-free!
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They are simply untrustworthy and... - maya
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They are simply untrustworthy and unkind, and I hope my experience will show you the staffs' unfortunate behavior and priorities. After leasing a car for a few years, I wanted to buy it out. I had called a few dealerships to determine who had the lowest dealer fee. After speaking to the salesman David 4 days ago and the manager John twice yesterday, they had both reassured me that there are no other fees for buyout on top of the dealer fee so I would be paying $500 total. Once there, I started the process with the same David, who claimed we had never spoken before. After a roundabout conversation, he eventually stated that in fact Ford charges a $500 fee for buyouts AND the dealer fee is $800 for a total of $1300. Conveniently, I had spoken to Ford directly prior to this visit and learned that Ford most certainly does NOT charge a fee for buyouts. Clearly attempted deception. Following this, a second salesman named Matt stepped in. I thought he would provide some clarity and help alleviate the situation. Unfortunately, Matt's priority was to attempt to undermine me by stating that his phone records only show one call from my phone number to the dealer. After directly showing him my cell phone's call records and him seeing the repeated calls to the dealer, Matt again attempts to shift blame to me by asking, "Where did you get that number? It's not ours.." So to put this debate to rest, I simply call the number on my phone and place it on speaker, and all of us together hear Katie, the receptionist of this dealer, answer the phone. Obviously I had spoken to this dealer a few times and was reassured of what I would be paying. But on arrival, David dismisses responsibility by claiming we've never spoken and tries to push a "Ford fee" on me, and then Matt attempts to undermine me by saying I've only spoken to the dealership once which simply was not the case. As a woman coming into a dealership to buy a car, I expect salesmen to try to play me a bit, but this was outright devious and disrespectful, and a complete waste of my time.
Please save your money and time and go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect.
Certainly not Immaculate; Probably not Inspected - DarrenS
I purchased a 2009 BMW X5 on May 25, 2020 after viewing and test driving the vehicle on two occasions in the preceding days. The vehicle was advertised as “absolutely immaculate inside and out” and “priced to sell.” The list price on the vehicle was approximately $500 less than what Carfax assessed as a fair price. Upon vehicle inspection, I noted some hail damage on the hood and a missing spare tire. I attributed these “flaws” to the reduction in asking price from fair value (as well as it having 3 open recalls). We negotiated a $100 discount given no spare tire. There was an additional $399 “dealer handling” charge that— according to their paperwork — was partially attributed to inspecting the vehicle. Under the Vehicle Disclosure and Liability Release form, there were no disclosures other than work that can be best described as detailing. The vehicle came with a 1 month, 1000 mile limited warranty. With all this as background, as well as with a very good customer experience up until this point, I felt pretty good that I had purchased a sound vehicle at a decent price and was afforded protection in case something came up in the first few weeks.
The issues began the very next morning as I noticed an apparent leak given my garage floor was stained. I scheduled the recall work to be done at a BMW dealership and asked that they assess the leak. The inspection confirmed an oil pan gasket leak and also found that the front thrust rod bushings needed replacement (driver’s side was “torn completely through”). The cost for these repairs would be in the neighborhood of $3500. Unfortunately— as luck would have it — both items were not covered by the warranty. Since the vehicle had more than 125,000 miles on it, the gasket was not covered; and since the bushings are a part of the vehicle’s suspension, they were not covered as well. I emailed Frontline Auto Brokers, explained the issues and requested a response. I was contacted by phone, and without admitting what type of inspection was performed on the vehicle, I was offered to take the vehicle to a repair shop that they had a relationship with and that I could get a discounted rate. (I had already scheduled an appointment with them upon recommendation of the warranty company.) As a side note, Fairlane Auto Repair was extremely helpful and performed both repairs in an exemplary manner at a significantly reduced cost (less than half). In the midst of all this, I was trying to get an air conditioning issue diagnosed as the front right side vents didn’t cool as well as the left side (recharging cost @ $266.53) and the back right vent intermittently blew out hot air as opposed to cold. And finally, I have had to reboot the computer system quite frequently in order for the navigation to work.
I sent a followup email to Frontline Auto Brokers on 6/27 updating the vehicle’s status (to include the 2 new issues) and inquired as to how the vehicle was inspected prior to sale (Fairlane Auto Repair denied having inspected it). I have yet to receive a response.
I find it difficult to believe the vehicle went through a mechanical/functional “inspection” given the issues. The overall experience was not horrible, but I certainly didn’t expect to have to address so many issues immediately post-purchase— issues that should have been known (certainly the first two, as I didn’t even detect the second two on my several test drives).
I would be wary buying from this dealership again. I would certainly not assume an inspection— outside of discovering and attending to cosmetic flaws — had occurred. The saving grace to this purchase is the use of their repair shop, which they do offer as spelled out in their customer information sheet.
Interacted with Tomas and his manager Nick at Westminster... - summitcoshopper
Interacted with Tomas and his manager Nick at Westminster while shopping for a custom 2021 Sprinter 144 high roof order. My initial call to the dealership I was greeted by Tomas who basically just said what I wanted wasn't in stock. I had to literally say "So you're unable to order or look further than you immediate inventory?" – this was pretty dead in the water.
Received an email from Tomas with the wrong color and some other specs incorrect (I listed 3-5 must have specs/color on phone multiple times) and then complained about the experience.
Nick chimed in, offered a discount over any other dealer. It is like pulling teeth to interact with their sales team and they seem to disregard what you say. After test driving and having a good experience at another dealership, I sent the specs I received a quote for and asked if they can beat it better than their discount as I was not comfortable with their communication or quality at MB Westminster; when Nick gave me the ultimatum of a deposit same-day, I told him add another $500 and I'll do it, explained my apprehension with the dealership and welcomed to schedule a phone call same-day.
He then pulled his offers back to the original discount and basically told me to buzz off if I don't like it.

Beware of this Nissan dealer!
I live outside Colorado. I purchased a truck from Fort Collins Nissan in the middle of December and after discussions with the sales and finance staff I decided to travel to Colorado to get the truck 2 weeks later. I was assured that the truck would be detailed and ready to go plus the paperwork would be ready when I arrived at the dealership. I was assured that all I would need to do would be to sign some paperwork and go since I was paying cash for the truck, it would only take 15 minutes or so.
Three days before I planned to pick up the truck I texted the sales staff and confirmed the date and time I would pick it up. On the day I picked up the truck I call 2 hours next to confirm.
When I got to the dealership the truck had not been detailed and none of the paperwork was ready.
Eventually they did "detail" the truck but the inside windows were filthy, they "cleaned" the truck bed by spraying water and covering the inside of the camper shell windows with dirt, then the water froze and blocked all visibility. Five miles after I left the dealer who tire pressure gage light came on so I had to stop, check and fill the tires. All tires were at 24 to 26 pounds when the recommended tire pressure is 38. It was snowing so I used the windshield spray... I had to stop and purchase then fill the washer fluid since it was empty. (The truck had been serviced by the Nissan dealership with mileage noting it had been driven 10 miles since the service) I specifically asked them to clean the battery and terminals because the battery was showing signs of corrosion. After "detailing", I specifically asked the sales person if the battery was completed she said it was.... it was not done.
It took 3 hours for the dealer to get the paperwork and truck ready. When I complained to the manager he filled the gas tank. A full tank of gas is an "extra" when you purchase a vehicle at Fort Collins Nissan
If you want to be treated like a common criminal then go... - James
If you want to be treated like a common criminal then go to Century Chevrolet. I was there for a scheduled appointment and waited for hours to have my Chevy looked at. During my wait an employee at Century Chevrolet called the Broomfield Police on me and for why I have yet to find out. Because there are people shot by police this incident could have gone down with an unfortunate outcome, one that could have resulted in bodily harm to me, or possibly death. It was a very disturbing experience for me and has been reported to several agencies. I was a returning customer that had paid high dollar on scheduled services provided on a previous visit. But on this second scheduled appointment things went very bad and to this day I cannot get a satisfactory reason from General Manager, Matt Marr as to why it happened in the first place.
Great experience - dknobbe
My husband and I love our Caddy! Quick process, great selection and they offer a 30 day warranty with every car sold for FREE! We will be back for the next one! Thank you!
