Worst possible experience!
I am a buyer from CA, I speak to the sales rep and ask for a video walkthrough and I specifically ask to be shown any imperfection.
She sends me the video and in the video states that there are no imperfection; "the car is in awesome condition!"
When my auto transporter gets there to pick up the vehicle, he takes pictures all around the car, and sends them to me. When I received these pictures I was shocked! There was clear and evident signs of a front collision!! The front grill was broken, the paint in the front was severely scratched, the bumper is loose, etc. All throughout the vehicle there are significant signs of off road use.
I have been trying to speak to the general manager to discuss this situation for 2 weeks and have had no luck reaching him. Apparently he shows up for 1 hour to 1.5 hours a day. I've tried email, voicemail and calling daily and have had 0 luck!
If you are an out of state buyer, please please think twice before committing to this dealership.

Side note.. my purchase agreement that me and the sales manager signed.. was for a car with 6,753 and when the driver picked it up the vehicle had 6,813 miles. That's 60 miles that the vehicle was driven after I signed the purchase agreement!!
There's a clear reason why their rating is where it is.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS dealership.
We bought 2 cars July 2020. Promises made to handle things:
1. fixed APR below 3.75 - they tried to trick my wife into opening a checking account (Pawel Sniezyk) with another bank so we could get a lower APR when the APR was available anyways.
2. would fix key fob that was broke when we bought it - 2 month and still no resolution
3, customer relations manager Dave Swofford said he would have someone higher up contact me - no response in over a month
Now having to fight for them to fix something they promised they would handle. Horrible customer service
