I would like to have Martin Richardson recognized for his superior customer service, I purchased a 2018 Escape, Martin is my service manager, he recognizes me and addresses me by name. he has gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle service is done when promised and always keeps me informed of my vehicle needs, if it needs to be kept longer and status of. I am sure I am not the only customer that he treats this way. Martin makes sure I and my vehicle are taken care of. I do not know who will read this but Martin needs to be recognized.

Spradley Barr is A+ and I have never had a bad experience there. Recently, Irwin Galena sold us a vehicle at a great deal with a fair trade. Our lease return didn't go according to plan because of the errors of another unnamed dealership, and Cosmin Olea took care of tracking down our payoff, making sure it made it to Ford Credit, and saving us from a late payment reporting that was undeserved. We have a deposit on a Bronco and look forward to purchasing from Spradley Barr again. We live over an hour away from Spradley now and it is worth the drive.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They are simply untrustworthy and unkind, and I hope my experience will show you the staffs' unfortunate behavior and priorities. After leasing a car for a few years, I wanted to buy it out. I had called a few dealerships to determine who had the lowest dealer fee. After speaking to the salesman David 4 days ago and the manager John twice yesterday, they had both reassured me that there are no other fees for buyout on top of the dealer fee so I would be paying $500 total. Once there, I started the process with the same David, who claimed we had never spoken before. After a roundabout conversation, he eventually stated that in fact Ford charges a $500 fee for buyouts AND the dealer fee is $800 for a total of $1300. Conveniently, I had spoken to Ford directly prior to this visit and learned that Ford most certainly does NOT charge a fee for buyouts. Clearly attempted deception. Following this, a second salesman named Matt stepped in. I thought he would provide some clarity and help alleviate the situation. Unfortunately, Matt's priority was to attempt to undermine me by stating that his phone records only show one call from my phone number to the dealer. After directly showing him my cell phone's call records and him seeing the repeated calls to the dealer, Matt again attempts to shift blame to me by asking, "Where did you get that number? It's not ours.." So to put this debate to rest, I simply call the number on my phone and place it on speaker, and all of us together hear Katie, the receptionist of this dealer, answer the phone. Obviously I had spoken to this dealer a few times and was reassured of what I would be paying. But on arrival, David dismisses responsibility by claiming we've never spoken and tries to push a "Ford fee" on me, and then Matt attempts to undermine me by saying I've only spoken to the dealership once which simply was not the case. As a woman coming into a dealership to buy a car, I expect salesmen to try to play me a bit, but this was outright devious and disrespectful, and a complete waste of my time.
Please save your money and time and go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect.

The whole team and Steamboat Motors was absolutely amazing! The whole process was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Jacqueline took her time to make me feel welcomed and valued. She didn't lie to me or try to hide anything. She was very up front about everything which I loved! We actually ended up driving 2 hours further and went with the vehicle through them because of how well they treated us. When we got there they met us at the door and knew who we were and greeted us as we were family. While we were signing paperwork Jacqueline even sat with our son and colored and made him also feel very welcomed. The whole experience was so different and amazing compared to all the experience we have ever had before at other places. Very grateful and we will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

First off, let me start by saying that in 2018 I had the most wonderful experience buying a car from Maynard Morison. What a lovely gentleman and overall amazing person to work with. I have had my car through Brighton Ford a few times with NO issues at all.
I took my car in after hitting a huge hole in the road on Quebec Street causing tire, bumper, rim and other damage. Not a pothole a 3x6 cut out section of the road.
I called Brighton Ford and Chris in Parts was amazing and ordered all the parts that I was told would be needed from the virtual claim. Abby is service was amazing and got me into a loaner car. Kelly in service called Monday to tell me that it shouldn't be a problem to get it all taken care of but they were waiting to hear from my insurance. Kelly was always very nice and I do not blame her in any way. BUT here is where the problem came in......I sent the virtual assistant claim to her on Tuesday. And on Wednesday she called to inform me that they could no longer fix my car. Hmm...like WAIT WHAT? "Your insurance will only pay $50.00 per hour for the repairs and our rate is $150.00."
So I spoke with the Service Manager and I don't even remember his name but he was a COMPLETE jerk. We aren't going to lose money because your insurance won't pay. My rate is $150.00. So I said you would rather lose a customer and he said I guess so. I have NO rental now because Enterprise doesn't have any cars and you all said you would fix my car only to say NOPE not gonna lose any money. That man has ZERO customer service skills and did not give a crap about what situation he was putting me in. And because of the way I was treated by him alone...I will NEVER purchase anything or use Brighton Ford dealership again!! EVER!! He would have rather me drive an unsafe car than to do the right thing over a few hundred bucks. Even said my adjuster wouldn't up the monetary amount. Hmmm....MY adjuster was out today on a family emergency.
I walked back out to the service desk to get my keys and return their loaner car.
David Gallegos (I think was his name) inspected the loaner and said everything was good. He apologized for everything and was super beyond wonderful. David I apologize for you getting any backlash of the moments that transpired before you and appreciate your trying to make me feel better.
I have been receiving emails about them wanting to buy back my car because of car shortages and put me in a new car. I was thinking really hard about it but then this incident, had me at it's time for a new car.

IF YOU LIKE ME..BUY ME. I had every intention of buying that loaner car after my car was fixed even had Hubby on board to buy it. AND a car for my teenager for the upcoming birthday!
It truly makes me sad to say that one person can ruin an entire relationship.
