Continued Excellent Service - B & S 1960's
Ross Smith, Cory and Krista continue to be amazing! I called Ross in December and asked him to find us another Cherokee. Since my husband truly enjoyed his first Cherokee. Purchasing a newer vehicle, my husband was apprehensive to trade-in his 2017 and only agreed to have another vehicle if we went with another Cherokee. My husband has had multiple back and neck surgeries which has left him with restricted neck and back movement, so I wanted him to have the blind spot monitoring, heated seats, steering wheel and remote start. We made our way to Boise from Utah to get his Cherokee. Ross, Cory and Krista made the entire process go smoothly! We will continue to make our way to Boise for any new vehicle we decide to lease or purchase! Those 3 people really should be commended for their ability to make the customer feel comfortable and secure. We have bought many vehicles from the different LHM dealerships but this one has been far superior to all the others that we have dealt with! All 3 employees are what the models for great sales staff is all about!! Continue with your great jobs, Ross, Cory and Krista!! We will see you again.

My Kia Soul needed new breaks - Eslick123
My car needed a service and breaks. I went in on 12/28/2018 and I didn't have an appointment but they said they could do the breaks that day. When they took off the old breaks and looked at the ones the dealer sent they knew they were not the right ones. We were told that they had about 3 different breaks for that car so they had them send all the models. After they received the right breaks we were on our way. We waited about 4 hours, but the young man kept us informed as to what the problem was and we are very satisfied with the work and service.

The wife and I have visited 10 dealerships and purchase 4 different vehicles from several dealerships in the past 6 Years. Because of our inexperience, other dealerships have absolutely destroyed what possible happiness a new car can bring. This is the ONLY DEALERSHIP we have purchased from, and been happy with our purchase.
Because of past experiences we were VERY hesitant to buy, it took us 4 separate visits over half a week to finally buy this car. The salesman were VERY patient and VERY understanding. In the end we bought a used Subaru that is an absolute joy to drive and own.
They were MORE than fair on our trade in, VERY honest on our car of interest, and gave us ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE over our very long decision process.
If you go here (and I highly suggest you do), ask for either Alex or Jason, both were amazing to work with. We were in a scary and potentially devistating position where we NEEDED to buy, and these two were better and more understanding than ANY OTHER DEALER in the county, I’ve spoken to about 9 dealers in the past year alone.
Tell them I sent you! It won’t change anything, but I’ll be glad to know we steered a somebody in the right direction!!!

When’s the last time you’ve had a great experience getting a used car? We sure did! What a pleasant surprise! Simply outstanding! Friendly, accommodating, and fair! And our salesman Mark was the best; worked hard to get us a fantastic deal! Couldn’t ask for a better representative at a business. Genuine, energetic and sincere; very knowledgeable. We can’t say enough about our new vehicle and the experienced & friendly people at Fairly Reliable Bob’s; no wonder they’ve been in business for so many years; that doesn’t happen by accident- that happens by running your business fairly; by being “reliable”. We drove 12 hours from Colorado to buy a 2014 truck, which was always a risk, but I have been so pleasantly surprised, I'd drive that distance again next time!

I had been searching craigslist for months looking for a good looking, well priced, low miles 4x4 truck. I found several consistently for sale at Pacific Motors in Boise and finally decided to go down and look. The truck I found online had just recently been sold. Paul instead showed me a beautiful 2011 Ford F-150 that they just got in and was being detailed. I decided that was the one. He was so accommodating, low pressure and easy to work with. He made sure all of our needs were met (including putting netflix on the TV for my 2 year old son) and did everything he could to make the buying experience as easy/painless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone! The customer service, selection, and attention to detail are all top notch. I am so happy with how it all worked out!

Prices are ridiculous. And the variances in the payments are ridiculious. Service department not properly trained. Very very very poor service. This place is screwing good folks and acting like they are going out of there way to help US. YEAH RIGHT. Horrible service horrible people that work there. A matchbook and dozer is what JDbyRIDER needs start over!.

I would not recommend anyone buy a car here, one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in my life. I’m sure they will try to refute this, and twist words around as they seem to do that in other bad reviews, but very frustrated with this place. Purchased a vehicle there, and initially Trenton/Rob and customer service was great. Part of the agreement was they would use their mechanic for a repair after I had my car vetted by Toyota mechanic before buying. It was all downhill after the money changed hands and they took my car to their mechanic.
A check engine light, 9 missing bolts, broken sensor and a couple thousand dollars later after having to take the car back to the Toyota dealer to be re-fixed, I cannot be less happy about this process. Once the car was sold, it was like Alic motors didnt care about me or my experience. Tried to be reasonable with the issues their mechanic caused, but they are refusing to refund any money that I paid them for the poor work that was done. They are refusing to believe the problem is real, stating that it "must have already been like that" or "how do we know the Toyota dealership isnt taking you for a ride?". They are now trying to turf the issue to the mechanic who doesnt return calls and has never met me or talked to me before. Alic motors obviously does not care about your experience as a customer. Cannot recommend enough that you look elsewhere for a car, and if you do buy a car through them, have it checked by your own mechanic and do not let them use their mechanic for any part of the deal. They may say they have never had a problem before with their mechanic, but it's not worth the headache (or the extra money you have to pay to get it done right). Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other lot in the valley.

We bought a car from them that has been broken down more than it's run in the past four months. They did replace one part on it that went out w/i a week of buying the POS, but then the transmission went out. We didn't ask for a refund or a repair. We simply wanted to exchange it for another vehicle, but they told us the finance company wouldn't allow trade-ins for six months. So, we've endured the six months w/ the car that barely runs, and now, they won't do a trade-in, because that isn't their policy. Um, okay, then why did they say it was? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this junk lot. They sell lemons and don't care about the consequences. Their selection sucks, and the few cars they have that are in good shape are so overpriced that few (who would be shopping at a buy here-pay here place) can get qualified for them.
P.S. One wonders if the "dizzy_dj" user that also reviewed this place isn't the same D.J. that works/used to work for Auto Sense...

these folks were awsome. both sean and jenn were a big help. they put such nice paper work together even the gentleman at the dmv office commented on it. the truck i bought was a fantastic price, well below blue book value. i never felt any presaure and the people that work there seem normal, not in your face to sell a vehicle.
i would absolutely recomend this dealership to anyone. it was the best ive ever felt buying a vehicle. and the truck is pretty damn cool too.
