I already don't trust car dealers. But if you want a car then you have to play there game. Sales staff is what you expect work hard for you going back and forth just Hoping the guy the upper bleachers make the deal, this group controls deal. If by chance you agree on a price with Ken Garff, then you will go to financing. This is where you really need to pay attention, I'd suggest waiting until the next day to agree on finance terms, when your not tired and alert. There's no transparency as far as added costs, that Ken Garff is going to add to your loan. you'll hear this comes with the purchase of your car, ALOT. You will here oil changes, theft control ECT, But then you find out they cost you. long story short ask every question before you sign, because they give you a key with all your documents stored in it, well my key was empty, ask for paperwork, Again nothing explained, you will not be shown the added costs just sign here

Best experience I’ve had buying a truck. Everything was smooth and efficient, and none of the usual up-selling BS that you see almost everywhere. Highly recommend the dealer, and particularly Joey.

Will steal and lie about how they obtain your data - MatthewPrince
I had Karissa reach out to me about a recall on my vehicle but went I asked them about my information (name & phone #) they would not provide how they obtained my information. They kept saying that Ford gave it to them. But when I asked for proof of Ford providing that data they could not do it and refused to show me how they obtained it.
This happened after I posted my vehicle for sale on a well known online classified website here. So when I asked if that's how they obtained it they would always change the subject and not answer me if that is how they obtained my information.
I do not trust this company in the least bit!

I purchased a 2021 F150. When I noticed the rust on the truck, I asked my sales guy about it. His manager said it was 'rail rust'. In other words, Ford places parts on a rail car and lets them rust. Then they put these on new trucks. LHM never even looked at the rust. Very disappointed in LHM for a simple and routine service that they just were to disinterested in.

In over 50-years of auto buying I have never had a worse experience. I was provided a written quote on a new 2020 For truck that was consistent with the website add for the amount off invoice, and with a competing dealer's quote. After agreeing to the deal over the phone, we drove nearly 250-miles through a snow storm. When we started the paperwork, the Salesman said OOPSI made a mistake, the price is $3000 higher than the written quoted provided to us. We were not even offered a bottle of water as compensation for our efforts. I wrote a letter to the GM of the dealer and have heard nothing (after 2-months). This "deal" was through the COSTCO Auto Buying Program. I reached out to COSTCO and they provided me some partial compensation as a good will gesture. COSTCO assured me that the dealer GM would contact me. I am still waiting.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. Service department tried charging me for work covered under my warranty. Was forced to contact Ford Warranty department directly to resolve the issue. Young Ford, Brigham City, then charged me $189.95 for the diagnosis in addition to my warranty deductible. To make matters worse, I had a scheduled appointment and they didn't start diagnosing my vehicle for 4 days. Absolutely ZERO communication. I was forced to personally go into the dealership for updates. Will never use an Young dealerships or service departments again. They absolutely do not care about their customers.
Disrespect for customers - Blacky
I thought they would be better to potential customers since they were far from Salt Lake but they sold a car I was interested in right underneath me and never gave me the opportunity to respond. Their response was "first come first serve." that's a xxxx of a way to run a business based on customer satisfaction. Believe me you can find much better in the valley who will take care of you and make you feel like you are someone they care about.

This is hands down the worst service department ever. No customer service at all. Totally ignore you or add services by asked for. Plain rip off

The only consistent aspect of the service department is their ability to be problematic.
My wife is insistent on only having a dealership service her vehicle and this last go around was the last straw.
Brake Fluid Service included free complimentary air introduced into the master cylinder and brake lines.
Will continue her desire to have dealer service but never again this dealer.

I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet

About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
